Customer service is out of this world. Make you feel right at home. I will definitely be back. And will refer to all my friends and family.
I paid my deposit before the pandemic began, they had to wait after emailing after my appt was canceled. My payments came out monthly as signed on my contract before We had even began the treatment; the nurse who checked my belly area said I only needed 3 of the placements of the coolscupting. The staff was very nice, I maintained my weight but no improvement on the lower belly area at all, before and after pics had zero change. My original tech no longer works there and when I went back I received another person, very nice and she also saw that I zero results so she said she would email with their manger to review the files to see what could be done and I never heard back from them at all. Very disappointed
The procedure was completely over-sold and the client expectations were not fully disclosed. My downtime/recovery period was at least a month of discomfort and numbness where the procedure was done (torso). There is a pre-pay policy (6-8 weeks in advance of the treatment) AND a NO REFUNDS policy (which was not shared), so that should you be dissatisfied with the results (negligible at best), you will forfeit over $3000 should you choose to cancel. I would not ever do business again with the Cool Sculpting Spa in Cookeville, TN.

I decided to try coolsculpting at Ideal Image due to the non invasive aspect. My skin was numb for almost 2 months after. I didn't lose one millimeter of fat. It's been 6 months and still nothing. It's a complete joke.

Ive seen and heard studf about cool sculpting on social media and by others it sounds expensive to. Maybe in the future ill do it haha
Had lips before and was very happy. Tried this and absolutely found no advantage except for emptying my wallet. Go for the real deal.
