I ordered 7 dresses thinking that I could easily return to their website address only to learn that each dress has to be photographed then sent to their shipper in CHINA for a refund. They don't tell you their dresses are from China! With Corona Virus that is the last place I need to get and order from. 3 of the dresses were cancelled by their suppliers and instead of giving me a refund to CC they offer store credit? Are you kidding me - never again. Taking this to the local consumer affairs dep of local tv station for resolution.

No he recibido mi pedido. Y fue en sept. 2019 y estamos en marzo 15 2020 y ni se han comunicado ni nada. Esto para mí es fraude.
Overall, the dress looked as it was described. I was disappointed that I could not wear it. It was smaller that expected; I ordered a size 12, but it fit like an 8. The fabric was much thinner than I expected too. I do think it was over-priced at $42 + tax. The good thing was my daughter could wear it and she looked amazing in it. For that reason, I am pleased that my money was not wasted.
Found exactly what I wanted, easy to use site. Only complaint never got a shipping confirmation/receipt with order number. Was starting to wonder if I would actually receive my order, then it came!

I have nothing negative to say about this store. Well maintained store. Easy to order and excellent quality of products. I ordered set of shirts and shoes from costbuys and i got free shipping and on-time delivery from this store. I definitely go for this store again.

Outfits did not fit me, they refunded my money in full. I do wish they had said what i ordered was coming from china.
This is a terrible company to do business with. They don't send any email updates and if you have a return the merchandise has to go back to China not them. It cost me $39.50 to mail a poor quality jacket back that was priced at $54 really poor quality
My Denim Jacket Arrived yesterday. I am really happy to get my order on time. Jacket perfectly fit for me. I got this jacket at a very reasonable price with free of cost delivery.
I wore the sandals maybe 4 times and the strap broke. Very disappointed with my purchase. Took way too long to receive the item.

Bought this for a wedding on an island. The photos were beautiful but as soon as I got this item scrunched you in a plastic air sealed bag & opened the hard wrinkled mess I was so, so disappointed. So upsetting..
