My medicine bill used to be $140/mo. Now it's $25/mo. What else is there to say? Mark/Co have done what they set out to do, and I thank them for it. One time I had an issue where the medicine didn't ship, and my doctor's office called them and got it fixed in about 15 minutes. Haven't had a problem otherwise. Also, it's delivered to my door. Highly recommended.

I have been trying to find out when my second refill will ship and the responsiveness of their customer service is atrocious.I saved about $50 for a 3 month supply of my specialty medication vs my Medicare advantage out of pocket but now I am out and can't get answers. Their customer service literally said "we can't answer every customer email and that's why our costs are low"! Can you believe it… really surprised Mark Cuban is part of this company. Very poor… I am disappointed

Low prices. Long wait. Zero customer service. The low price is not worth the aggravation of misleading lead times and inability to get information from their useless contact info. Now I have doubts about the,authenticity and/or quality of their products. Never again

Tip for consumers:
Received an email saying there was an unspecified "issue". No details. Out of stock? Payment info problem? Delivery delays? If I knew I could decide to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Maybe that's why they don't provide details. Contact info is a joke. The nonexistant customer service, for me, makes their site not worth it. Now I question the authenticity and/or quality. Bootlegs? Who knows.

Going on 3 weeks since I submitted an order with Cost Plus Drugs and haven't heard anything! No follow up emails, no "sorry, your order is delayed" just complete radio silence. Customer service is nonexistent, had to go to Twitter just to speak with a person who assured me someone would…call me? Several days later, still nothing. They have 0 customer service. I can't just go buy my meds somewhere else as I switched my prescriptions to them, I can't even cancel the order and ask for my money back. It is not cool to play with people's medication like this.

All this, and they just increased the price of every order by $5 PER Rx…where is that money going if they can't even respond to an email?

My first prescriptions were filled fast, the last ones still have not been filled after a week. Customer service? Good luck. Prices? They were great, now after the 25% increase, I am seriously considering going back to Costco and going through my insurance. I would recommend reordering right away or shortly after to have a cushion and avoid being without your prescription, especially if you only have a 30 refill. When it comes to Rx, a good price is one thing but reliability is crucial. I had to ask my doctor to send some of the Rx back to Costco, negating the savings.

Very problematic process. Had problem identifying my account using email because on the standard physician form, there is no place to enter one's email identifying info. Waited 3 days before they replied to put it in "special instructions".
Tried to re-order my 90 day supply, they would not process my credit card despite clearly entering it. Took 3 days to have them fix the problem and I had to re-order again.
Last refill was in July, 2023, so it was time to re-order in October, 2023. Notice said refill unavailable too early, though ship date was missing from July, but had an April 2023 ship date in my order history which said I next reorder in July (!?), so here it is October and and it says I'm too early to reorder.
Wrong, wrong, wrong!
Does Mark Cuban really care or their people care that people are in need of prescriptions and no one is available to deal with the site issues?
I even tried to get the Cost Plus Card to get my RX at Krogers, and it says I don't have an account... despite me being signed on to their site.
Just unacceptable and awful from a computer guy.

My doctor sent a Year's subscription to cost Plus and before the year was up they said it expired.
Went to the doctors got another prescription sent there and heard nothing.
Went to the doctors got a third prescription now I can't even sign on to find it.
This is a 3-month Odyssey and I still have no way of knowing what's going on.
I have left messages phone numbers emails and heard absolutely nothing.

You'll pay, you won't receive your medication, and you'll have to pay another pharmacy (legit this time) in order to receive your medication.
They make you pay before processing your orders, and then have no pressure to process them. They never processed mine and the customer is inexistent.
This is a scam, avoid at all cost.
I can't believe my company moved from a legit insurance to RightWay/Costplusdrugs.

My account was messed at first, no way to delete they say, so there are two, I have called over 8 times, sometimes the perscriptions end up in one sometimes the other, eact time it was solved they guaranteed me it would never happen again, wish that was true, no no phone so email on and on they not understanding, takes alot of explaining for them to find it, emails don't seem to work... just about over them, saved me alot of money some of the time rest total frustration, thought it would get better with time, only worse. Used to tell everyone, now totally don't recommend them, I could die before I get a perscription... they love to blame your doctors for the screw ups but so far always them

If I could give them a negative 100 I would I have been trying to get one medication filled for months.
They are ABSOLUTELY horrible they told me that they are a self serve pharmacy and if I was having trouble contact my insurance. The only trouble is the problem is on their side. If anyway possible don't use them!

I admire the ambition of Mark Cuban to provide people the opportunity to purchase needed prescriptions at a greatly reduced price. If you have prescriptions that are filled on a regular basis, CostPlusDrugs.com is the way to go.
BUT...
If you have a one-time prescription, go elsewhere. This was my case, but I wanted to give CostPlusDrugs a try.

I no longer need any regular prescriptions (thank you Keto/Carnivore lifestyle). I recently had two prescriptions that needed to be filled once or twice. Below is the timeline of events:
April 4 (Thursday) - Doctor's appointment. Prescriptions sent electronically to CostPlusDrugs. I checked my account later that day and saw the prescriptions were on file. I pay along with expedited shipping (3-5 days), an extra $15.
In the following days, no contact, no emails, nothing.
April 8 (Monday) - Order is still listed as "being filled".April 9 - I send a message to cancel the order. I received a confirmation of my submission.April 10 - I send another message to cancel. I received an email that a cancellation had been submitted without a guarantee. If cancelled, I would be fully refunded.
April 11 - I send a third request to cancel. Around noon, I receive an email that the order has already been shipped. I was provided a tracking number, but I do not know if it is USPS, USP, FedEx, or DHL. I attempted to determine, but no tracking information was available.
April 12 - Received email with tracking number (with delivery by USPS).
April 15 - Received medicine.
It took 11 days since the order date to receive the prescriptions with expedited shipping.
Email replies are slow.Cancellation is only feasible through their "contact us" link.

I've been a customer of Mark Cuban's Pharmacy for a couple of years, their pricing is great but their customer service (if you can talk with someone is TERRIBLE.
I had my doctor's office send in a refill prescription for me, I went to Costplus website under pharmacy manager and they're not showing a reorder. I called my doctor's office and they again sent in another order. I again went to Costplus website to see if it's there, NOTHING.
I found a phone number of Costplus/Trupill, and they stated that they had received the order but did not state that it was for the Genic brand, so they did NOTHING. They don't advise the customer that there's a problem, they don't advise the doctor's office that there is a problem. All their customer service could say that I'm sorry, I'm sorry but when you're dealing with a patient's life without their medications,, SORRY DOESN'T CUT IT!
They act like we did not receive anything!. DON'T THEY KNOW THAT THERE HOLDING THE PATIENT LIFE IN THEIR HAND by not acknowledging there's a problem before the Patient is completely out of their medications.
This is not the way a company should be run, especially a company that Mark Cuban has an interest in. I'm totally and completely upset with this situation!

Want to be able to talk to a real person? Perhaps an online chat? Maybe an email exchange?
Well, you have the wrong company. This place is a real sh*tshow.
They have a form for you to fill out to contact them for help. You fill it out and you immediately get an email saying; sorry we don't have time to read or respond to your contact request.
They carry very few drugs and run out of drugs they carry.
This place is not going to be around very long; just add it to the list of other Mark Cuban failures.

A few months ago this site created a lot of buzz. It was supposed to be a place to save huge amounts on prescription meds. Who wouldn't like that, right?

Don't waste your time. The med I needed did not arrive--in fact, was not shipped--in the time frame promised. After waiting 2 more days and still no shipment made, I requested a refund. Both times I got an auto-response with the same generic nonsense--telling me to be sure I had placed my order properly. There was no reference to my cancellation request or refund. There is no phone number to call, so no personal service. All contact has to be made through a over-simple web form.

This site is a hoax and is dangerous as a healthcare site, when people's lives depend on their medications. Cannot recommend.

Tip for consumers:
Site is very slow and has no customer service. Do not expect prompt filling of a prescription.

If you cant skip a dose of your meds, don't order them via Cost Plus. They make so many mistakes, it's scary.

I take two prescriptions, Telmisartan/HCTZ and Bupropion XL, both generic. The first couple of times I ordered the prescriptions everything went fine. The order this month was totally screwed up. If you can believe it, BOTH medications are out of stock and they cannot tell me if or when they will be in stock. I never received notice that this was the case, and I'd still be waiting for my orders if I hadn't called them to check. Customer service was nice enough, but seemed not to know what was going on regarding the status of these medications. I now have to get my doctor to resend my prescriptions to a real pharmacy. I won't be using Mark Cuban Cost Plus again.

I haven't had a need to reach out to their customer support, so I can't comment on how responsive they are. However, the price of the specialty prescription that I have to take on a daily basis is really cheap here. I can get a 90 day supply of the generic stuff for $70, whereas a 90 day supply at a retail pharmacy would be around $1000. I don't even bother using my health insurance, since the specialty drug pricing with that is more than what I pay out of pocket here.

Wow. Where to begin. To order meds online from Mark Cuban Cost Plus, everyone is given a 'Prescription Manager' page. When it came time for me to do a refill (45 days after previous refill on a 90 day prescription), I went to my Prescription Manager page and it informed me that my prescriptions were being refilled and I could not go to the next step and place on order. Ok, seemed strange as I didn't place an order, but ok. This being a no-frills pharmacy that doesn't even list their phone number anywhere I assumed my meds would show up. Fast forward 40 days and my meds are running out, I went online and my prescription manager still shows that it's being filled. At this point I'm nervous about not getting my meds in time. (My meds allow me to urinate.) I found a phone number, called and was told something to the effect that my prescription manager page was corrupt which is why I couldn't place an order. The person on the call did something, told me to refresh the page at which point I was able to place the order. I immediately placed the order and requested expedited shipping, which was extra. This pharmacy claims it takes three days to fill the order and then the order is shipped out, so I figure 5-6 days and I should receive it. After six days, the order still had not shipped out. So I called and talked to someone else who assured my it was indeed being filled and should ship out soon. I said I wanted to cancel the order since it hadn't been filled yet, and the person said it was too late. No wanting to miss out on the chance to urinate, I went and got the prescription filled at CVS and got my meds in an hour. I finally received my meds from Mark Cuban Cost Plus after a couple of weeks. When they came in, one bottle had spilled out, capsules opened up and the meds were contaminated. At this point I call back and request a refund. They told me I could not get a refund, and transferred me to someone at their pharmacy, who then tell me to return the meds in the same envelope to the same address listed on the bottle for a refund. So I did that. In the meantime, this is all sounding fishy to me, so I dispute the charge on my credit card. After several weeks, the credit card company denies the dispute and returns the charge to my card. Incensed, I call the credit card company who informs me their investigation may need more information. I called Mark Cuban Cost Plus to ask for a refund again. Again I was informed I could not get a refund and that all they could do is send out replacement meds. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold, then told that the supervisor had authorized a refund. I was asked if I still wanted to speak to a supervisor, I said yes. When the supervisor came on, I was told that I could not get a refund because I had disputed the charge on my credit card, that the issue was now with the bank. I will NEVER, EVER use this pharmacy EVER again. By the way, I originally used Mark Cuban Cost Plus because of the price. When I used CVS, the price with insurance was only $1.10 per month. So there really is no benefit to using Mark Cuban Cost Plus anymore, as it is cheaper through CVS.

I was able to successfully place my order, which was for an antidepressant medication I took daily. My provider sent in script for a lower dose to safely wean me off this drug, CostPlusDrugs accepted my money for it, and shipped their insured package to me. Before it reached me, it was apparently misplaced. I followed USPS and CostPlusDrugs policy; the former could not assist beyond confirming receipt of my complaint and that it was insured, advising me to contact the latter. Outreach to CostPlusDrugs requesting urgent assistance resulted in an automated response:

Thank you so much for your email to Cost Plus Drugs. Sorry we can't respond personally to every email, but this is the only way we can be the low cost provider of drugs.

We're so sorry to hear you've having trouble accessing your prescription or placing an order.

First, please confirm that the medications you requested are available by searching for your medication name at costplusdrugs.com/medications. We do not carry all forms and strengths of each medication on our list, so please confirm that your prescription is for a form and strength that is available on our website.

Next, please confirm that your prescriber has sent your prescription to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company and has included your email address on the prescription.

We accept prescriptions electronically, or by phone and fax. You can find all of the information your doctor will need to send us a prescription by visiting this page: http://costplusdrugs.com/contact-your-doctor/

Once we receive a valid prescription from your provider, it can take up to 24 hours for us to notify you by email. After successfully placing your order please allow up to 2-3 days for processing before we ship your order, you will be notified by email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If it has not been 24 hours since your provider sent in your prescription, please Reply to this email and someone from our team will get back to you in the order your email was received.

None of the above was obviously relevant to me, as was clear from the content of my inquiry. Subsequent follow up did return some customer service, but I use that term loosely. The representative(s) were exceptionally vague and untimely in their responses. In the end, I'd requested my money back (having not received my medication in a timely manner), which CostPlusDrugs refused, and that they cancel the replacement that had later been ordered without my consent, which CostPlusDrugs also refused, with "Lane" stating that "This was requested with your consent when you advised the order was not delivered. The replacement already went out." This demonstrates a very concerning understanding of the concept of "consent". No one asked me how I would like to proceed, no one offered a replacement shipment, no one specified when such a replacement might be sent out; I was never given an opportunity to agree or decline.

The entire situation could have been avoided with slight adjustments to business practices; for example, the opportunity to select from a drop down the type of inquiry a customer is submitting (which would internally flag the ticket to bump up the priority and route to a human, as may be warranted when dealing with MEDICATION). Alternatively, as the packages are insured by default, there can be an option for an expedited re-shipment for emergency situations. So many means of doing the right thing... but it seems that CostPlusDrugs has opted out of such things like efficiency, functionality, reliably providing goods for payment, etc.

If you need extra medicine to save for later, maybe CostPlusDrugs can help you there. If you need this drug to take daily, continuously, or in a timely manner, run far and run fast.

Tip for consumers:
The website contact form submission will not be seen by a human; it will generate an automated reply that may or may not be relevant to your inquiry. If it's an urgent matter, it sucks to be you, and next time you can take your business elsewhere. CostPlusDrugs does not value your business; whatever they may say, it's just so hard to hear it over the loudness of their actions. As the saying goes, when someone (including a business) shows you who they are, it's best to believe them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ITS A DISGRACE MARK CUBAN WOULD ALLOW THIS. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL ORDEDR EVEN BEFORE ITS SHIPPED. ITS TERRIBLE THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE

If I could give zero stars I would. On 9/13/22 I logged in to order my one life medication and
Could not order because my prescription manager said it was being filled when it wasn't. I
Couldn't locate a number to call so I called the number for providers and selected the option for
Patients. I spent 30 minutes on hold. I finally opted for a call back and never received one.

Next, I emailed from the contact us form on the costplusdrugs website. Someone responded by
Email 10 days after I, desperate to get my essential medication, contacted the company through
Its Facebook page. The person I messaged with on Facebook was helpful. The person who
Finally responded in email on September 23,2022 told me my medications had been delivered.
Duh.

Two days after I got my prescription manager straightened out and ordered all my available
Medications, my phone rang one time and stopped. The number was from True Pill. The person
On Facebook said the caller couldn't reach me and left voicemail. This is not true. The caller
Didn't leave voicemail. I can't speak with someone who terminates the call before I can answer. I
Guess the person had to show proof s/he called; however, there was no intent to speak with me.

Since True Pill and Marc Cuban Cost Plus Drugs are not interested in providing customer service
And have made it so difficult for customers to reach anyone for support, I am taking steps to
Move my medications elsewhere where customer support is provided.
L was almost out of a life medication when I needed to place my order. By the time I could
Finally order it, I had 2 pills left. My order finally shipped 7 days after I placed it. I had to get a
Prescription for a local pharmacy for 5 pills to prevent my system from shutting down while I
Waited for my order to arrive. No money saved since I had to pay for the 5 pills.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to give a new company a chance, but made a huge mistake in doing so.
