Shopping was the easy part, price good and shipped fast. Putting the furniture together has been a three day slog of frustration. Table still not properly together…
I bought a heater, air purifier, cooling unit and a toaster oven both costway. The heating unit came dirty and without a remote and other pieces. It also was cheaply made, and did not function anywhere near the quality of other heaters. I have purchased in the past. The toaster oven is under one year old and it is no longer having power run to the unit. It will not turn on on any function, and I've tried multiple outlets. I will not buy from this brand again as it is cheaply made over priced and they offer poor customer service!

The table that I ordered arrived ahead of what the tracking said and was in perfect condition.
All parts appear to be here. I won't be assembling until Spring, but so far so good!
I came over from Amazon to check out the full selection, and ended up spending more than $50 less than the Costway Amazon storefront. Made my day :D
Price, and good reviews. Also, I get a kick out of the fact that on the Amazon store, people can end up spending an extra $20 by not knowing that a 6000 SACC unit is the exact same as an 8000BTU

I find your website is difficult to navigate in as much when browsing windows/panels constantly keep popping up taking up most of the screen ith different offers before having a chance to find an item I may b interested in. Amazon.ca is much easier to navigate usually with more detail. Once order placed I could'nt track the shipment even with tracking numbers fortunately all my queries were answered by the quick responses from Costway representatives hence the 5 stars.
I am a pretty handy guy but I did have difficulty lining the up the many screws to start in the threaded holes. I would suggest manufacturer provides slightly pointed screws to ease locating and starting screws. ( This is not Costway's fault but the overseas manufacturer who has a number of North American Outlets)
Because with the delight10 discount the final price was a little better than Amazon.ca on the same product but different brand name.

No coupon was available to be attached to my first purchase even though I signed up for the newsletter. However Costway assisted me later and organized the credit. The tree pruner chainsaw appears well made and I look forward to using it in the Spring.
