Greetings. For several years now I have been using the services of this company, annually we replenish the stocks of the sources of large devices for the garden, we regularly purchase lawn mowers and other helper machines in the green business. All Cub Cadet garden care products have been tested for quality for a long time, which is why such a long-term successful cooperation has developed, and therefore I am ready to recommend the guys to other gardeners

Junk Snowblower. I paid over $1,100 for a snowblower that I have used 2x's and for less than 45 minutes total.

My concrete apron is about 3/4" inch higher than my black top driveway.

I rubbed up against a high spot on the driveway (which is my fault of course) & the entire gear box is tore up inside.

Cub Cadet estimates over $550 in labor and parts for (1) $36.51 Worm Gear and $36.00 for (4) Ball Bearings. - $72.51

Absolutely crazy beyond crazy for repair costs.

Luckily my son in law is an engineer for a major lawn mower and snowblower company.

He got all new OEM parts needed for $45 out the door and the entire gearbox, gears, bearings & axle has been rebuilt successfully in under 1 hour.

The cotter pins on the tines should have broken off in order to avoid damage to gears which did NOT happen.

Finally, the representative at Cub Cadet argued with me that they don't send parts to customers and that only authorized dealers can obtain them. (I am not too sure why the Cub Cadet website gives me the option to purchase parts and put them in my cart.)

Poor service & poor value. Inferior design and J.U.N.K cheap parts.

I still have a 1996 Craftsman Snowblower that works to this day that has taken 1,000's more bumps & bruises and never failed me.

If your driveway is not as flat as a mirror….be ready for a repair. I highly suggest wrapping your Cub Cadet equipment with thick diapers to limit any damages.

Tip for consumers:
My 1996 Craftsman Snowblower still runs to this day. Better than this junk.
