Ordered two dresses--one showed up, the other never did. I called and emailed with no response. The phone was even disconnected at one point! Now the voicemail is full. In this age of internet reviews, WHY would you treat people like this?

I ordered a dress for my daughter's ball. The dress came in the wrong color, and was poorly made. I called Cutie Clothes numerous times, only to be told to call back, or that someone would call me. I never heard back from them, am out $80, and still have to go find a dress. Not pleased AT ALL!

Dont buy on this store. Worst customer service. I bought a dress on this store online and after 3 days they already deduct the amount to my account then after a 2 days i received an email stating that my order is out of stock. I will not buy on this store again

I placed an order on 11/29/12 and on 12/03/12 the money was out my account. I send severals email to find out what happen with my order but no one reply. Some how my husband found the owners cell phone his name is steve madsem and he can be reach at *******200 he told my husband that i will received my dress before christmas but i still havent receive it.it seems that after they changed the webside name from cutie cloths to simply frog this is only to scam people. The only thing that they are doing is taking peoples money and leave them waiting for that outfit for that special occasion.Do not buy from this webside and feel free to cantact steve madsem..

Although I had a bit of a hassle with a defective dress from this website, they promptly delivered the replacement (within the 5-9 day window), were very apologetic when I spoke with the representative on the phone (I had to redial a few times to get through), and refunded not only the full cost of the defective dress but also the cost of the shipping. In my experiences with returns with other websites, they went above and beyond by refunding the shipping charge. I would absolutely order from them again.

Buyer beware! Be sure you want the items ordered from Cutieclothes.com before clicking the enter button. Within one hour of ordering, I left two messages to cancel my order and followed up with a phone call in the morning. The 'customer service' rep had just pulled my messages and ensured me my order was canceled and my promised my account would be credited within 72 business hours. Not only did the order not get cancelled - but because it was a gift and dropped shipped to another state - I've wasted two way shipping and now they are charging me 15% restocking fee due to a 10 day return policy. IT TOOK 7 DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED.

Slow to no response. Received no confirmation from purchase, and our goods have not arrived. I am very worried that I have lost my order and my money.

When I placed my order, I was told I would receive it in 5-9 days. Two weeks later I still hadn't received anything and it took me another two weeks of daily phone calls and e-mails to get them to respond to me. They said they would ship it the next day. After receiving no UPS tracking number, I called again and after several hours of calling, I was told it still hadn't shipped. They offered 20% off, but I needed the dresses LAST WEEK, so I told them I should have the 20% off AND overnight shipping. In the end, they only agreed to 2-day shipping. This is the WORST website I have ever purchased from and I will let everyone know about how horrible they are.

I placed my order before reading any reviews and then I was scared after reading them! I called the company just to make sure of when my order would be delivered and it was being shipped today. I placed my order 2 days ago, so I thought that was really good for it to be processed and shipped within 2 days. The lady answered me on my first call and was very helpful, putting me on hold and finding my paperwork to tell me when it was being shipped. I have not received my items yet so I cannot disclose as to how they will be but as far as service I don't think it could have been any better. I will also do another review when I receive my daughters dress, coat, and other items. As long as the items I ordered are in good shape I would gladly order from here again.
