Honestly I cannot understand all these negative reviews! I have been buyinh from all deal sites including dealathons and always had a good experience.
Unbelievably poor customer service from Dealathon. Purchased Panasonic phones on June 6th - did not perform as anticipated. Returned the phones within three weeks and was told would get a refund immediately. Did not receive refund. Contacted Amazon still no refund until I finally sent another request with copies of the return postage receipt and USPS tracking information over 5 months later. This generated a response and a refund was issued on December 2nd, 2014. Incredible that a company selling on Amazon would make a customer go through such a process. Additionally, they refunded almost $20 less than the amount paid plus I had to pay $12.35 to get the phones back to them, so I am out of pocket $31.81. Stay away from this company. Do not buy from them. A horrendous experience.

Just stay away from these creeps
As one of Amazon's suppliers, be aware to stay away from this company and since Amazon allows this company to sell defective products you may want to be careful of using Amazon also. I ordered an HP printer cartridge as a back up and didn't need to install it for about 60 days. When I ran out of ink and needed to install it everything I printed was full black pages. I have spent over 2 months trying to get either a replacement or refund and guess I am out about $75. Next time I will go to Staples. Even though this cartridge was in an HP box, I don't believe it was a new cartridge by HP and HP should know that Dealathon is using their name to scam good buyers who trust the HP name and Amazon is sticking up for companies that scam you instead of their loyal buyers.
Dealathon sucks! It is a total scam. I have been going back and forth with them for months for a product I purchased. They always say it is in the mail. I have asked for a refund and they have refused. I will never purchase from them again, and would never recommend them to anyone.
Total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Bought two coupons $150.00 each for Vanish Laser and Beauty in Surrey. We called 4 days later after receiving the voucher to book our appt and the salon told us they would not honor the vouchers as "they did not authorize this particular deal". They told us to contact Dealathon. Could not get through to Dealathon, nobody answers and their voicemail is always full.
Dealathon. This company does not send out the products you order. They do not return emails or phone calls when inquiries are made as to why the product has not been mailed.
What a rip off they don't pay the merchants and don't refund the clients they absolutely need someone to shut them down Will be asking Revenue Canada to audit this company as well as the CEO DAVID MAGAZZINICH and oh yes TEAMBUY /DEALFIND are no different same scammers different names both will

Suggest all persons ripped off to call Revenue Canada Report a fraudster or person not paying taxes Line. Lets get the government to shut them down and seize the millions of dollars owed to merchants and customers. Would rather see the tens of thousands I lost to these creeps end up in Revenue Canada possession then see these CEO s driving around in Bentleys / BMW / and purchasing other high priced luxury items.
