My fault. I ruined 12k worth of dollys I purchased due to being used outside in the rain. I thought they were weatherproof. (thought I read they were) I know you may think I am $#*!ed but I use other dollys in the rainy weather without having to worry for years owning appliance stores. They went out of there way to help me get them repaired. Thanks so much Order # 0874201
I bought a display cabinet online in FEB 22, it was supposed to arrive in early May, June came and they realized the "white glove" delivery had been sitting on it for over a month, then it finally arrives, wobbly because it has missing frame screws buy also the wrong shelves for this 72 inch display, now I can't get the right parts after July 6th, until then I have a 300 lb paper weight, thanks for nothing Digital buyer, you guys are awful.

We are a small (ten full time employees) non profit. We purchased a large white board with some leftover end of year funds. As we are not in the office every day due to pandemic, the item sat in the shipping box for a week. Then we had to wait another week for the maintenance man to get back from summer vacation to give us a quote to hang it. When we opened the package on the day of the installation, we discover the damaged product in the attached pictures. Customer Service said they only accept returns within five days of receipt. So now, we have a huge hole in our wall where we wanted to hang this, a product that digitalbuyer shipped to us despite it being broken and defective, no money and out a whiteboard. We will never us this company again and can imagine why anyone would. To explain the picture, the damage you see is on the upper right corner of the board, everyone would see it, every time we use it. What a lousy company to keep a nonprofits money but not deliver a product.

First, I want to say the customer service is HORRIBLE! If you can purchase somewhere else, please do. I will admit my company didn't do their best to report the issue, however the poor customer service doesn't make it any better. The only drawer that is functional is the top. The other 3 will NOT close with your folders in it. Beautiful but not useful. Charisse needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. She is horrible and I called more than once, and this was the same attitude I dealt with both times. Unfortunately, once your item is delivered there is nothing, they will assist you with. You will be directed to communicate with the company they got the product from. Too much.

If the previous person who ordered this would have done some research and looked at the reviews prior to ordering this, they would have known to go somewhere else. Gives me scam vibes the way they handled me.

Lied about the lead time and pricing on the thousand dollar item. They make-up a price that the item is "discounted" from but the reality is the listed price they sell it for, IS the real price and the same price every one of their competitors sells it from. They also lie about their lead time. They lie and say they have much faster lead times than they do, causing you to buy the part. They then immediately email you saying they cannot meet that lead time. The entire reason you bought the part was because of their fast lead time, right? Wrong, they lied and want to keep your money. They then make it extremely difficult to cancel the order.

Was promised a delivery date. Then told delivery date was being changed due to unavailability. I tried to cancel order and was then told it was too late to cancel despite the fact that the order had not shipped yet. Also tried to price match and was told they do not price match. So not only was i not able to cancel, i couldn't get the lower price.
Digital Buyer was very good to work with purchasing items, working with customer service on damaged items in shipment and replacing those items. Would recommend using them.

Bought 5 tables. They took two months to get to me and were shipped without legs. They told me it was my fault because I signed for the package. They said they would send me legs but I had to pay for them! Very crooked and will not make it right

Misleading! Absolutely do not order from them if you need your product somewhat quick. They say ships in 2 days. Funny bc almost 2 weeks after I ordered the 1500$ in products it's still sitting on the shipping companies dock with no sign of when it's being sent when they say today on the site.
