I have ordered from this site several times in the past 2 months and have been completely satisfied. My chihuahuas love their clothes and toys. It did take longer to get and sizing was off, but I expected that... when is sizing ever correct. Overall I am happy with my purchases, haven't been ripped off and find it a great place to buy due to prices.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered about $50 worth of dog hoodies and when they came in they were miniature! The XL didn't even fit over my dogs nose- yes his nose. When I asked if I could return they sent me the below email: "you need pay the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee is very expensive now, usually need $ 20- $ 40, So can we part refund $ 6 to you, you keep the items?" I told them to keep their $6. Waste of time and money. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered two pieces of clothes for my dog, and just waited the 13/15 business days... it passed one day/two days more, and I decided to write it back. For my surprise someone said "Sorry, we can't do it, we will refund".
YES, just this! No more explanations about whatsoever!
YOU WILL REFUND? WHEN?
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
If I don't receive the money in a week, I will write EVERYWHERE to not buy here.
Lately, I will ask to delete your website, just wait for it.
THIS IS FRAUD
First of all let me mention the phone number on their site is bogus. I ordered 1st time and when items came evetything is so small I mentioned it to them and they said just order up a size ok no problem. I figured I would try again. 2nd order they took my money but are saying that I recieved it (they are using the 1st orders tracking number)telling me I have the wrong tracking number.The minute I said I am disputing the charge they found the 2nd tracking number in their files. LIARS, SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a medium based on their sizing and when it came in... it was for mini dogs! Way too small. It took 7 WEEKS before I received the order. Was very disappointed! For the amount of money I spent, I'd rather go and spend it at Chewy! So if you don't mind waiting, order here but make sure you order 2 size up! RIDICULOUS!
Order arrived, eventually, but the large & extra large were actually minis and smalls LABELED as L & XL. You'll be far better off with Dogsmartway. Their sizing is accurate and those I ordered 6 years ago still hold up despite my terriers tearing at them; on each other, constantly. But, I had to just order new for the sake of appearance. I couldn't have people thinking I dress my dogs in rags...
Do not buy from this site unless you want to lose money! I ordered goods 4 months ago which I never received. I have emailed them numerous times and although they admit their shipper does not know where the goods are and promised me a refund have failed to return my money. Their customer care is non existent just empty promises. Very very poor service and I most definitely would not recommend them to anyone

After making my 1st purchase from what I thought was a cool cost friendly online pup store I was saddened when my order said delivered and never came! I was charged and ripped off and didn't even get a refund or apology. Currently making in store purchases from home goods and my local pet stores.

This website is fake and a fraud. I ordered dog clothes with them and paid them $38.34 through my PayPal account. They got my money but I never received my order.
I tried contacting them through email 3 times, I called twice. I even did a supposed "Live Chat" and noone was on the other end. The phone calls were useless because no one answered and I got a "caller is unavailable". I would not recommend them at all.
