Dream Fitting

I ordered 3 tops. After 1 month, I received an email stating one was out of stock & asking if I wanted to order something else. The email did not tell me which was out of stock, so I requested a refund for that item. I waited another 3 months for the tops. The quality was pathetic. Gave them both to Goodwill.
The worst part is there is no phone number or live chat. The person sending the email used badly broken English.
Overall, a horrible experience.

I bought a face mask from this company on the 23rd of april. It still has not arrived. They say fast shipping? I say this is a joke or a scam for people's money! This is ridiculous my package is not gete and stays it's in california still! All they keep saying is the tracking isnt updated and package is still on the way. I highly recommend not buying anything from this company!

I purchased a rug fro. Them as the picture was exactly what I was for. The product came in a 10x12" envelope. This rug was 9'x6'. That will tell you how paper thin this was and instead of a professional binding they sewed black tape areound all the edges. It was the biggest POS ever. Buyer BEWARE! They put no information in to be able to return this. Once again China screws us.

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, I received a piece of material that was not finished (hemed) on either side.
It had no company tag/washing instructions. I sent photos and measurements to customer service but all they would do is offer me a very small refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 5 face masks from Dream Fitting on 4/16/20 and never received an email confirmation of my order, never received any communication from them. I tried to call them and no number is on file. Nobody responds to any emails sent. I just received a package on 5/18 from UGD ******* Yorba Ave Chino Hills CA *******. This package contained 1 face mask. I had to dispute the charge from my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered two facemask from dream fitting and they said they would arrive in 15 to 25 days. I waited 30 days and then called my bank to get a refund cause they never came. Two days after I did that I get the masks. To top It off they were awful, I could have done a better job, doing them by hand, because I don't have a sewing machine. They were like a round circle with the edges unfinished.

Aside from agreeing with all the previous reviews, this site also uses many aliases, which have exactly the same clothes. If you see similar items on a different website, be aware that it is not a different company

I have never experienced something like this before. I should have looked into it more. Ordered my item over a month ago and have not received anything or had any luck contacting someone to fix the situation.

Buyer Beware can not be emphasized enough! This company seems to be a total scam. I have tried for over a month to just get the address for return to no avail, since you must first contact them before they will tell you how to return the product. I have given up on getting the return shipping covered. Colors and material are not as advertised and sizing is wrong. They suggested that I donate them to someone or give as a gift, in response to my request for a return address. This was a terrible experience and this company should not be allowed to operate. Do not do business with them!

This company is a TOTAL VIRUS SCAM! I ordered 3 face masks that they advertised under two fraudulent company names (dreamfitting and sunny rose). Once they get your order, they sent you a bogus receipt (usually found in your spam filter) that they are preparing your order to ship. I have NOT received anything further, despite several emails to get a refund. After further research, this company has fraudulent company stores in Chino, California and China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!

Don't purchase from this scam company. No photos because items were never shipped. Don't get scammed

Ordered 4 face masks on 4/16 they told me 9 to 15 days to ship, now it's 5/15 and sent dozens of emails with no response and no facemasks RIPPED OFF. Don't order from this Co.

When I received my order most of the items were not what I ordered. No invoice in the package. No repsonse to my complaints
Cute items but I will never place another order!

Buyer beware! Items are not as described and sizing chart is incorrect. I ordered 3 shirts all in smalls and they are much to big. Material that is described on site is not the material the shirts are made from. I have been trying to work through their return policy and they are refusing to take the items back unless I pay to send them to China. They are offering me $5 credit for $73 worth of merchandise and telling me to donate the shirts to charity.

This, is by far, the worst company I have ever done business with. The clothing was ill-fitting and one garment even gave off a chemical odor. Half my order was out of stock. It took days for them to credit me for those missing items and when they finally did reimbursed me it was nearly $23.00 less than the true costs. I asked repeatedly to have a return slip sent but they never send me one. So now I have clothes that don't fit and are poor quality. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and was informed this company has a "F rating" in responding to complaints.

I ordered two face masks on April 22 while in California due to Covid-19 regulations.
Their website made it appear they would ship fairly soon. I wish I had read reviews and their shipping policy and would have never ordered from them. Their shipping policy is 3-7 business days order prep time and then another 15-25 to ship.
On May 11 as I was preparing to return to my home in Ohio, I sent an email wondering the status of my order, asking to ship to me in Ohio. I also said if I hadn't received the products by May 26, I would contact Visa to remove the charge and file a complaint with BBB.
I did get a reply on May 12 saying they were sorry for the delay and would do their best to ship them soon. That is the last I heard from.
The main problem I have is they charged my card on April 22 and would never had heard anything from them if I hadn't replied to them on May 11. Technically, they have until June 5 to ship but after reading the other reviews, I'm not confident they will, maybe never. Like others, I would rate them zero stars if possible.
Lesson learned; research companies you're not familiar with before doing business with them.

Last year, I ordered an off the shoulder, multi striped blue cotton T size medium that looked darling on their website. Couldn't wait to get it. It took months and when it arrived, it was an X large cheap looking navy round neck pullover. I inquired about returning it for a refund and they suggested I donate it to charity because the cost of shipping to return it would probably exceed the purchase price. Outrageous. So you'll wonder what I was thinking when I saw the same cotton T on their website recently and thought maybe I'd have better luck this time. So I ordered and purchased it AGAIN. What was I thinking? Now a month later there is no activity on the tracking number and I called my local USPS and they told me "IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED!" I should have read the reviews before I ever did business with them again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. They are just out and out blatant thieves! Is there anything that can be done to stop them?

I ordered 3 shirts, the fit is horrible and the quality sucks! The items do not look like the pictures. I emailed 2 times requesting to return these items, never heard a thing back from them. I don't know how they get away with it! Don't waste your money!

They scammed me out of a 100.00 dollars. Received the clothing items. By far the worse things I have ever seen. Material in the pictures are not even close to what I received. Material looked like cheap sheets. After many emails they suggested that I give them to a friend or charity as a gift. UNBELIEVABLE! They would not send me an address so I could return the items. I had to call my credit card company.

I should have checked the reviews for this company. I just got scammed. Bought two tops. They are the worst quality in make and materials. They are copies of others clothes done badly. They are not letting me return them. Citing too expensive to return and could get lost or dirty and offered me $5 compensation. Oh great they charged me $92 for the rubbish. They overcharged as well from the advertised amount. Stay away.

Ordered 7 shirts = $175. Took almost 4 weeks to get 5 of the shirts and another 2 weeks to get the other ones. Shirts are extremely poor quality, didn't look anything like the pictures, didn't come close to fitting, and were sent from CHINA. Nothing on the web site made mention of that fact. I have been trying for over 2 months to get them to let me send the shirts back and get a refund. When they finally answer my e-mails, they will NOT give me a return address. The latest excuse is that it will cost me about $50 to return the items and then it's most likely that they won't receive them so they can't refund my money. They offered me $30 as compensation which I refused. I wish there was a way to block them from selling in the US. Worst experience I've ever had with an online order.

Terrible quality. And impossible to return. They offered me $6 refund on 2 tops. Said the shipping to China would cost a fortune. So, ill fitting, colors are off, fabric cut to maximize #of garments, not for comfort, style, or fit. Do not buy! Pictures are deceiving! Impossible to get refund.

BEWARE. This company has the cheapest made clothing. Not only are they cheaply made they don't fit. They will not give you a return address they won't return your money. They told me to donate the clothes because they couldn't guarantee they would get the clothing back if I sent them. They are liars. They don't honor their own return policy. Made in China. What do you expect. Buy USA.
