I ordered two face masks on April 22 while in California due to Covid-19 regulations.
Their website made it appear they would ship fairly soon. I wish I had read reviews and their shipping policy and would have never ordered from them. Their shipping policy is 3-7 business days order prep time and then another 15-25 to ship.
On May 11 as I was preparing to return to my home in Ohio, I sent an email wondering the status of my order, asking to ship to me in Ohio. I also said if I hadn't received the products by May 26, I would contact Visa to remove the charge and file a complaint with BBB.
I did get a reply on May 12 saying they were sorry for the delay and would do their best to ship them soon. That is the last I heard from.
The main problem I have is they charged my card on April 22 and would never had heard anything from them if I hadn't replied to them on May 11. Technically, they have until June 5 to ship but after reading the other reviews, I'm not confident they will, maybe never. Like others, I would rate them zero stars if possible.
Lesson learned; research companies you're not familiar with before doing business with them.
