Ordered flowers for a sick relative and Teleflorist had no problem charging me 40 euros but never delivered the flowers. I finally gave up and went with a local shop. Teleflorist finally issued a refund when I threatened to request a chargeback from my credit card company

I regularly send flower arrangements to friends and family. So recently I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance as he was unwell, and I expected a beautiful arrangement. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The size was significantly smaller than anticipated, the quality was subpar, one of the flowers had wilted, it was filled with filler leaves and the overall presentation lacked the finesse that you typically see from a florist. I am very upset with the underwhelming bouquet that he received, despite having paid a significant amount of money for it with additional costs to make it larger. I would have been better off picking up more impressive flowers from lidl. I was embarrassed when he showed me pictures. After my initial complaint they sent me back the delivery fees. A couple of days later after reviewing the pictures of the bouquet I sent as part of my complaint, they shockingly dismissed my whole claim. This reflects on their low standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I will never be purchasing from E-florist again. I would never recommend their bouquets to anyone.
Can't understand why these are still in business. Received 2 bouquets from this company. The scabbiest bouquets ever received. Never ever use this company. Best to use local florists near where the recipients live.
