It was the last time that I bought something with this company.

I ordered a product 9 years ago from Elite Depot. I've tried repeatedly to unsubscribe, block their email and even went directly to them to NO avail. I get 8 - 10 emails a week. Maybe the federal trade commission? Don't buy from this outfit - unless you want them forever in your life..

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! BUYER BEWARE! Ordering from this website and saving a few bucks is not worth dealing with the owner. She is rude and condescending. She messes our orders up constantly and yells at you over the phone. As a business owner I am quite aware how you should be treating customers esecially ones who have been using your business for over 5 years. My family and I will no longer be ordering from elite depot. I will go to my local facialist and spend a little bit more more-and give my money to people who deserve the business-not some rude woman who flys off the handle when she makes mistakes. Absolutely appalled on how I have been treated.

No longer each person is talented, but rather you're isolated from all and sundry, which is the normal rationalization I visit your web site. I am thrilled with your exceptional help, so thank you once more.

I ordered my Obagi Tritoinen cream at a great price, far better than any other place I have ever found! That particular cream is expensive, so the savings was really appreciated. I have been using the cream for about ten years, so I have looked far and wide for better prices. I am so happy I found EliteDepot and will be ordering from them from now on. The customer service was excellent and delivery was super fast! Thanks EliteDepot!

I ordered several products. Of those products, only one was available, though my credit card was charged the full amount. I eventually received a refund after I realized that my items were out of stock and complained (with no response via their website or email, and don't even bother calling their phone number). No, they did not notify me that these items were out of stock. No communication whatsoever! Yes, the items I ordered that were out of stock still show up as available on their website. They overcharged for shipping for one tiny little item. BUYER BEWARE. I wouldn't order from this company again if someone paid me.

I placed one order with Elitedepot almost 5 years ago. Never made another purchase from them. They continue to send me up to 8 emails per day, everyday! I have requested to be removed from their email list on several different occasions but to no avail. When I block emails from "Elitedepot.com" they resend them from "*******@elitedepot"! I have never encountered such a spam heavy business. I only made one single purchase from them and would never, ever shop again from such a spam crazy, non-customer oriented online store!

I have been a long-time satisfied customer, until now. After moving to a new state, I made the mistake of using Paypal to pay for my last order. I hadn't realized that Paypal didn't have my new address, although I did input that information onto the EliteDepot website. When Paypal sent me confirmation, I realized they were having it shipped to my old address. I contacted them to change the shipment info, as well as Elite Depot. I never received the order I contacted Elite Depot who apologized and immediately sent the order to my new address. Recently when I tried to purchase from them, they cancelled my orders - three times! I emailed them twice to find out why they kept cancelling my orders. Someone left me a voice mail saying they want me to purchase elsewhere since the last time I ordered from them I had given them a wrong address! They deleted my account and kept the 500 rewards points I had earned!

I've never received my package yet the tracking number says delivered. I got no refund from the USPS because the item was not insured. Called the customer service representative on 10. 5. 2015 and the rep was a lady and never told me her name! She was said I didn't picked the shipping with insurance, and she said I should. Now my $70 was paid for nothing. Seriously! Elitedepot, that's your customer service! When I asked for her name, she said that's personal and no one ever asked her that. So I don't even know who am I speaking with. I asked if there's anyone else that I could speak with or is there a manager that I can talk to. She said no!

This is my second time order from this website, first time was couple years ago!

Be aware! Do not order from this website, they just rip you off. And I have to pay for some else's mistake!

I received the product I ordered but the three tubes were in a box unwrapped. One of the tubes had broken during shipping. I found the customer service phone number on their site and have called twice. Both times I was told they would resend that tube but nothing has happened, no shipping email, no replacement tube. Customer service sounded like someone answering their cell phone, very unprofessional.

This site is a scam! It has been over a month and never received anything.

I have been waiting for products now for 12 days and no response to e-mails or phone calls. What recourse do we have here? Any suggestions from anyone?

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. 22 days after I ordered some face powder I can't get any tracking number or shipping info. They don't respond to emails.

Buyer beware! Over a month and I have not received my products. Called the customer service number and the lady sounded extremely unprofessional. She sounded unorganized and confused. She insisted I received my products in Las Vegas (I live on the east coast). Then she told me I entered my email address wrong and that's why she couldn't find me... even though I received five email notifications for shipping! She was rude and condescending. Promised I would get one of my products the next day. That never happened. She said the cause for all of this was that the supplier was late with their delivery. I said, "Who's the supplier?" She got angry, stammered and named the manufacturer of one of my products. I soooooo wish I had never ordered from them. I should have just paid full price for them from a local merchant! Oh and I had paid extra for expedited shipping.

Do not purchase from this web site. They charged my credit card and never sent out my product. They have no phone to contact them and they don't answer emails.

I had the same experience as the other customer. My order was delayed almost 10 days and the only compensation I received was a gift card for only $1.95. I do not mind the delay, but the emails I sent were not replied to, and there was no phone number to contact them on their site.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a total ripoff. I ordered two different products two weeks ago and have received NOTHING.
