Ember

Bought a few of these mugs during their sale as gifts for my mom and dad, and they absolutely love it! Perfect for coffee and tea drinkers. The battery lasts long enough, and the build quality is superb.

I bought the 10oz mug and after a couple of months it stopped working. I was getting a series of lights that indicated the mug was permanently our of service. I contacted ember, no phone number only email. I takes them forever to reply and the service is really slow. It took a bit over a month to resolve the issue and close to a month and a half for me to receive the replacement mug. I also had an issue with they charging coaster and that took about 2 months for them to respond and at the end of the day they didnt replace it. I like the idea of the product, but I dont think its fully functional, they stop working too easily. Back to the drawing board Ember.
