Epicured

Absolutely love the variety of meal options that Epicured offers their customers on their website. From soups to salads to beverages and snacks, their range of food is amazing. I love their beverages; they are always so refreshing and super delicious. My favorites are the lemonade, tastes just like the one my gramma would make, and the Vitality Shot: Cayenne which contains a lot of pro-digestive ingredients, good for the stoamch

Beware -- when you order, hidden in the terms & conditions (not clear at check-out unless you click out a link and read the full terms & conditions), you are signing up for a subscription. I didn't realize they had scheduled weekly orders for me until I happened to log in and check on the status of my order.

Second, one of the meals in my order arrived damaged. Due to the way they packed it and the poor quality of their packaging materials, the plastic tray was broken and the food was opened and not safe to eat. Surely they would be happy to refund the broken fruit tray at $14.96!

Instead, customer service refers you to a NO REFUND policy, which they refer to as on the website. (Again, not clear at check out, and I've never seen a company interpret a NO REFUND policy to apply to something that is damaged due to their own negligence and poor packaging, including other meal services.)

They only offer store credit, which (surprise!) gets you signed up for another subscription. I'm having to submit through BBB to try to get a refund for the $15 fruit tray that was unsafe to eat. Really disappointing that they can't be bothered to run this company ethically.

This company basically stole my money, they auto subscribe you before you have ever tried the product. No one in their right mind would subscribe to service they have never tried. Terrible product and customer service. Stay away

I love South East Asian food and these guys offer a lot of them. And let me tell you that every dish I had from them was super tasty which is why I am a regular customer of them now. Being busywith college and work, I tend to eat a lot of snacks which mostly consisted of chips. I decided to opt for a healthier option and choose epicured. Although they did not have any chip options, I absolutely love their cheese platter and the ginger snaps box. Super delicious and I can munch on them all day!
