Duplicitous company, unskilled technicians, unresponse staff, delays, delays, and more delays. My laptop is a gaming laptop, has a display issue where the flickering would happen at the top. Possible reasons were three, but Errorkart takes two weeks after keeping my laptop with them. They replace my cable, quote my Rs. 3500/- total, and deliver the laptop to me. The field worker comes and gives it to me, but while fixing back my hard disk and SSD, viola, my laptop has only 2/8 screws in the back panel. They forego the amount and since it was a Saturday, agree to get back the screws on Monday and only then collect their money. Monday happens, my laptop's display issue is cropping up again; they didn't even call to collect their own money which they do not deserve, and neither did they answer my calls to give me back my screws. Now if I should go but to Asus instead, for this issue, in the end, Errorkart cost me, right? I incurred a loss because of their carelessness, lost a lot of time, and interview opportunities, since I was looking for work then. Errorkart is not the right company for your laptop repair needs; kindly don't just look at their online rating and decide. Rather go to an authorized service center.

Worst Service that I have ever got is from errorkart. Errorkart people make false promises that they will rectify the problem in 1 day or they will promise to return the laptop which they never do.
In whole errorkart there is only one customer care lady and she will always tell she will call in 10 min which she never does.
You will be tired and frustrated following up with them. You have to call them 20 to 30 times a day then they will reply you.
You should really learn to improve your customer service and stop making false promises of rectifying the issue and solving it.
