Worst Service that I have ever got is from errorkart. Errorkart people make false promises that they will rectify the problem in 1 day or they will promise to return the laptop which they never do.
In whole errorkart there is only one customer care lady and she will always tell she will call in 10 min which she never does.
You will be tired and frustrated following up with them. You have to call them 20 to 30 times a day then they will reply you.
You should really learn to improve your customer service and stop making false promises of rectifying the issue and solving it.
NEVER EVER TAKE SERVICE FROM ERRORKART.
