Ordered part and paid extra for next day delivery - 3 days later order is stil listed as "processing". No answer to email, telephone not being answered sue to "technical problems" (The answering message also names a different company - Pricebusters, and my credit card lists transaction as yet another - shop4tek) Writing this off as a bad experience - avoid at all costs.

I bought a digital photo frame from this company, when it arrived the photo frame was faulty, i've sent 3 emails and tried to contact them by phone. I keep getting a message that that they are experiencing technical difficulities. Do not buy from this site be warned they will take your money, give you cheap faulty good and not refund any money as you won't be able to contact them.

Ordered from this website using free delivery on the 22/12/09and they still got it to me before christmas! I have had plently of bad experiences on the web and have written about them but this company deserved a big thumps up for the level of service and care they have shown me throughout the transaction, i wish all companies would operate the way they do, bargain price unbeatable service! You have 1 real happy customer here! Thanks.

Don't buy anything you won't get it, the website looks just like shop4tek which it is, you've been warned if you check[ about] at top of page you will see they are both from cardiff giving themselves glowing remarks. Don't be fooled they are real rip of merchants i am sure that many previous customers like me will know regards David

Ordered something, gave them my card details and product never turned up. Tried ringing customer services, the numbers on there site go through to a voicemail of a different company.

9 days since I made an order, status still pending and no reply from email. Do not buy from eSAVE2DAY.COM

Ordered 2 Dell monitors from them. Monitors received were completely different (different brand, different format). Contacted them immediately, explained issue, they arranged for monitors to be picked up, they said I would get a refund as they didn't have the monitors I wanted the first place in stock.
That was more than 2 weeks ago. Since then, there's been no refund, no replies to my emails and all my calls go to answerphone, with messages ranging from "we are experiencing problems with our phones" to "please leave a message and an advisor will call you back".
I have now sent them a last email, saying I will be taking it up with my credit card company.

DO NOT USE - my money was taken straight away and the item i ordered did not arrive- no answer to phone calls or emails over a 3 week period - over to the credit card company!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! You have been warned. They take your money but do not deliver. When they finally do deliver it is faulty goods. Do not answer phones, do not respond to emails the "live on line support" never works!

These guys are a joke, they have set up and clesed several different sites and ebay accounts. DO NOT USE THEM

This company has now changed to www.pricebustersuk.com. I recently ordered an item from it and got quite worried when I saw the reviews. However, I ordered the item on Saturday morning and received it the following Wednesday. I did have to contact them via email at least 3 - 4 times and eventually speak to a guy called Russell Kumar who advised me that my item would be dispatched first class and that I'll receive it on Wednesday (which I did). Russell also said that the company has been dodgy in the past but is okay now. To be honest I wouldn't order from them again but what I ordered was by far the cheapest on the Internet and the delivery time was reasonable (once I'd badgered them). I managed to get a mobile contact number for Pavan; *******-******* but I'd recommend trying to contact Mr Kumar as he seemed to know his stuff.
