Ordered 2 Dell monitors from them. Monitors received were completely different (different brand, different format). Contacted them immediately, explained issue, they arranged for monitors to be picked up, they said I would get a refund as they didn't have the monitors I wanted the first place in stock.
That was more than 2 weeks ago. Since then, there's been no refund, no replies to my emails and all my calls go to answerphone, with messages ranging from "we are experiencing problems with our phones" to "please leave a message and an advisor will call you back".
I have now sent them a last email, saying I will be taking it up with my credit card company.
