“Shitty customer service”

First the shirts came in 3 sizes to small. Then the exchange process has been a nightmare they first offered to refund 15% of my total and I just keep the items!? Why would I want shirts that do not fit? Mean while a full refund requires me shipping the clothes back to China (who knew) and that will cost $30. Out of my pocket. So I just figured Ill write as many bad reviews as I can to make up for my loss.

I ordered two items and first they took over two weeks to arrive and when they finally did they were both of very poor quality. Their return policy says to email them and they will provide the return address and once it's processed your refund will show up on your card. I have contacted them several times and the only response I received was an offer to credit me back 18% if I kept the items. This company is a SCAM and not worth the time, energy or money put into placing an order with them. I would definitely STAY AWAY!

Ordered a swimsuit back in mid May. It is August and I never received my order. After repeated attempts for resolution from the company I was made aware that a slow boat from China takes many many weeks to arrive. Tracking number is useless and only shows order processed in China. After repeated attempts to secure a refund I have yet to receive a response from customer support. This company is horrible at customer service! They should not be allowed to conduct business. Stay away and never placeban order with rhis company! Sham and shame on them!

I ordered one T-shirt and they took the money twice on my account. Why would I ordered the same T-shirt? And it's been a month I haven't received any thing.

THIS IS A SCAM Complaint to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I found an ad for this company formerly known as Express Dude (recently changed their name to ExDude) on Instagram. I ordered clothes, what they call a Guarini Set consisting of a shirt and shorts in a size L. As the clothes finally arrived I noticed they were extremely small, not at all the right size. In fact this wasn't even close to being the right size. Now on their website I then noticed a few things. First, they show a store front with their name on it which is extremely misleading to customers as they do not have a physical store only online presence. Second they act as though they were located in the USA or Europe, again deliberately misleading customers as they're located in China. Then, they have clothes on their site which are all sold on Amazon for much cheaper. Finally they had a "30% off sale" for memorial day during which they essentially RAISED their regular prices and then offered a discount on that, grossly misleading customers. This is the common practice. Had I known this I'd have never dealt with them. I reached out to them about the items received and to my surprise they told me that their policy was that customers had to pay to send items back to China "and since we know that might cost more than the item itself, we offer you a 15% refund and you can keep the items". Items which incidentally wouldn't fit a 6-year-old. I told them this was unacceptable and stated their illegal practices, telling them I would take to the proper offices to complain and warn other customers from being duped. They answered me offering a 25% discount saying again that since return shipping would probably cost about 30 to 40$ I should accept this. I told them that I actually just wanted the items in the right size and that this was their mistake and that I would contact the authorities as this was clearly a scam sending very small clothes knowing customers wouldn't pay to return them and keeping the money. They answered they wouldn't be able to just ship out a replacement for their mistake and they offered a 40% refund. I then told them this made no sense at all. They obviously had a very low cost and couldn't spare ensuring a customer got the right clothes ordered. What a scam. I then looked online to find many similar stories to do with this same company, and baby stating they had never received a refund. This message to them was on May 29, I sent another May 31 and again June 5 to receive a response on June 10. They stated here they were not a fraud (!) and that they can't choose the right size for me! Completely ridiculous and insulting. I answered this was unacceptable and that their size charts are useless. They then answered saying if I don't accept the refund here's our address (not on their website) to send back the things. They also stated "If you don't indicate on the package that it is a gift, we can't guarantee that your order won't be returned to you by the custom office. Please keep in mind you have 5 days to send item/s back and send us an email with the following information". So first asking me to lie on their behalf and second suddenly coming up with a deadline when they've strung me along. I then told them to issue the refund as they were obviously just fraudulent. They pretended not to understand saying I had to write the package was a gift or they wouldn't accept it. I said issue the refund, sent a second email as I didn't get an answer and received an email today saying their deadline had lapsed so too bad!
