My return flight was changed for another day and connecting flight was 6 hours and new flight is 19 hours. I'm calling them for 2 days my problem is not resolved. Plus if I'm trying to change is going to cost me more $. And the worst part is we are going to call u back to fix this problem which of course never did. The worst company I've dealt with. The agents are rude and unprofessional. I bought a $20 protection cause it said I could cancel and get a full refund with 24 hours. But apparently that's not the case. Company is utterly fraudulent. They have a bunch of indian men on the other end who do not have any kind of professionalism whatsoever. They can't even speak politely. They couldn't even connect me to a supervisor. This is honestly the worst ever company, please be ware and do not do business with them.
Farescan has terrible service agents with attitude. I looked up flights via Kayak and then it took me to FARESCAN. Thought I'd booked the flight and card declined so they called me five days later to let me know this. The agent didn't explained this clearly, had an attitude and nothing was solved. Thought this could be a scam. I just know now that I have to look for another flight elsewhere. Avoid the disappointment.

Round trip de 4 personas pagué extra para poder cambiar a cualquier otro día, cuando llame para cambiar la fecha me querían dar la fecha que ellos quisieran y pagar los tickets de nuevo y más caros lo cual no me combiene porque en otro web estaba más barato a la fecha que quisiera. Llame a mi banco y después de tres meses me reembolsó mi banco. Esto fue ase 9 meses ayer Farescan me mando un email diciendo que me van a mandar a collection.

They don't give me a call or send an email about a booking that fail due to ticket price increase util one week latter. I am not buying lottery, ok?
My experience with those people is that i booked a flight with them and booked a 4 seats on these flights (multiple flights on one trip). I paid $328 to book the seats and received a confirmation from them. I called the airlines direct and they told me no seats were booked, and kept calling farescan and the keep telling lies like many many times, the customer services people were so rude and irresponsive. DO NOT deal with those people.

First, I'm a doctor and I don't have time to write bad reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with Farescan! I ended up booking through farescan when sent there through Kayak. Farescan sent me a confirmation after I booked the flight. When I went to check in at the airline 24 in advance, I found the trip was not booked, despite Farescan sending a confirmation! I have an Email saying flight confirmed with a confirmation code. It was all a hoax! When I called to confront Farescan, they hung up on me and on all 8 subsequent calls! They knew they were guilty! Such a scam. Do not use!
They are totally scam. They sold me a wrong ticket and wanted me to pay cancellation fees. I had to pay for their fault!
Next time I will go direct to the airlines website. I thought that my flight was scheduled but didn't receive E Ticket, called them and they said it was "canceled" because the rate went up. I had to pay almost $100 more for my ticket because of the delayed time in purchasing next ticket. I will NOT use Kayak or FareScan again. SCAM
Charged me over $700 for 2 tickets that totaled $322. Gave me the wrong dates & offered to change to tickets for an additional $120! Totally a scam.

DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM. We had planned this trip months in advance just to find out 4 days prior that there needs to be an urgent change which would require us to leave a day early with a 24+ layover in a different city. We are currently trying to get tickets refunded now and have to scramble for new tickets with a different agency to make this work.
No service, No Helping, they steal your money, kidding you and lie to you! Play with customers on important matters, this is all they do to me. No refund of my ticket or Future Credit nothing! I payed them almost 1000$ for my tickets and getting nothing for it. The company doesn't care that they break the law. As an internet customer from abroad, you won't even get an answer, doesn't matter you calling them or write to them. I will sue them and complain at the Airline cooperating wit them. Also I Go the long way over my credit card to trouble them.

I am not going to waste my words. Just stay away, I lost 1200$ ticket and the service representative are the worst. The Indian guy who is trying to make more money from you, and super rude, and unhelpful. Also, the emails they are sending are full of misspellings.
STAY AWAY - simple.
Please stay away from that company, it's a scam. Never refunded my money. They pay your tickets on their own card so they can the refund but not you, and keep telling you to check with your bank. Never again
I booked 3 tickets for my India trip and gave the credit card details. The card was processed for payment after 48 hours after initiation of transaction. The card was declined for suspicious transaction by my bank. Called the travel agent earliest possible time (due to different time zones). The agent told the prices have changed now by $200 per ticket!

This company should not be allowed to represent the airlines. They are a scam. They have not refunded my ticket (full refund) per TAP policy and per their own website policy. They have violated their merchant agreement with Visa & MasterCard and this is the only way to receive the amount they with hold due to not providing a service which they have (or the airline has) cancelled. These people are crooks and thieves. I have unsuccessfully been trying to get my due back for 6 months now. They should never be allowed to operate under this or any another airline ticketing consolidator name. If you find yourself in the same situation, do place a complaint with the airline you were set to fly with as well as the US department of Transportation.
I had a flight from Milwaukee to Oakland with a three hour layover in Las Vegas. When I arrived to Las Vegas, it turns out my confirmation number with Spirit only got me there,_not_ to Oakland. When I called farescan support, they told me the second leg was never confirmed so I needed to take an alternative flight to Oakland. I had to pay 35$ for this alternative flight, and it was 4 hours after my original flight left. So a total of 7 hours layover.
Their reasoning for this issue was that spirit never confirmed the second leg of the booking. But even so, if that's how Spirit works then they shouldn't issue tickets to users without knowing whether the booking is confirmed.
This was my first time using Farescan. I think moving forward I'll only be going through the airlines themselves when booking flights rather than third parties.
They will send you notice that your flight reservation has been canceled, then they try to sell you a other flight for triple the price. Stay away from these SCAM artist.
I will say BIG No to Farescan. I bought tickets for my family trip to India and they charged me extra $100+ on my card than the price showing on the website. On top of that they called me after couple of days (my tickets were confirmed by that time) and asked me to pay additional amount because the rates are increased. Not sure how come the price change matters after the tickets are confirmed. They threatened to cancel my tickets if I don't pay the additional amount. Since it's a peak season I was not able to cancel and paid 200+ additional amount. I have proofs for each transaction. DO NOT book from these people.
I purchased a flight for two with who I thought was spirit airlines but found out it was farescan. I wanted to cancel because I had symptoms of covid. I called farescan letting them know that I maybe positive and I wanted a refund. The agent informed me that because I didn't spend over a certain amount the cancellation is not refundable. What! I told her o might have covid, I can easily get on the plane but I want to be a responsible citizen and consider everybody. She said she will give me a $26 credit. I spent about $300 on my flights. Don't ever go through this company they are taking your money. Make sure when you book your flight it's not the third party farescan!

They booked the ticket with the airlines with providing me my email address. Airline has changed the scheduled departure due to covid restrictions. Because no email address was provided i did not get any update of the change and my entire plan got changed. When i contacted their support team, it was a blame game and did not receive any clear helpful response from them.

It was the greatest mistake I have done by booking my tickets from fare scan while booking the tickets they charge you immediately but while refunding they tell you they need 2 to 3 billings cycles. After that, they tell you that the airlines did not process the refund to them and ask the client to email the airline after being informed about the mail which I have put across the airline regarding the refund. Fare scan doesn't revert to any of my mails from then on. I feel they are some fraud company also I am unable to understand how are they
Are still authorized for booking tickets. Don't fall for there cheaper rates because after you book your tickets you are doomed to get scamed by them. There name should be fare SCAM instead of fare scan!
