Fatface has all the best clothes. They are well designed and a good brand to be seen in. They are expensive though. I usually think to myself how much would I pay for this. Then double the price and thats about how much it costs. But if you want to treat yourself this is the place to shop.
Extremely disappointed with Fatface. Purchased a necklace in November 22, which has gone rusty! Not worn in water. I contacted them today and all they said was as it's been over 6 months they cannot do anything! I expect better from such a store. I asked for a senior to talk to and I was told it would be passed to relevant department but case is closed. Such poor service for such expensive items. Won't be shopping there again.

Fat Face make decent quality clothing but I just discovered they use EVRI aka Hermes to deliver. EVRI/ Hermes are the worst courier in the UK and regularly steal parcels (I know, it sounds extreme, until it happens to you - check their reviews on this website). I've boycotted EVRI/ Hermes and all businesses that use them as I don't want my money to go to a corrupt organisation. For this reason I won't be using Fat Face again until they change their policy.
