I purchased 2 boots from Happy Shop. The first pair did not fit. They said it would cost too much to send back and for me to give them to someone else (and for me to absorb the cost). I gave them to my daughter and ordered a size larger. They STILL did not fit. Again, they just wanted me to absorb the cost short of a 15% discount. Not good enough given the cost of the boots! This company only looks out for their best interests and does not care about the customer.
Tip for consumers:
The sizing is really off. I mean, WAY off!! Make sure to order EXTRA large when you are ordering, and if it doesn't fit, don't expect to send it back, because they won't accept returns unless you want to pay the amount you paid for the item or more to send back your item.

I purchased the "All Purpose Rinse Cleaning Foam" from this seller hoping it would clean as advertised. Unfortunately, this product does nothing. It cannot even be used to wash dishes because it lacks that sudsy cleaning component. I requested a refund the same day I received the item and was offered 15% of my money back. I declined the offer and was told that the return warehouse was in Asia which would cost $15 to $20 to return despite only paying approximately $4.99 for shipping to my house. This company does not stand by their money back guarantee, sells bogus items, and makes it impossible to return anything, so buyers are stuck with crappy items and loss of money. Please trust me, this is a scam to get your money and they have no intention of refunding you even though they know their items are bogus.
Tip for consumers:
Their site says you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase however they do not honor their own policy.
