I used to be a Brighton devotee for decades. The last couple of purchases I have made from Brighton have been of poor quality. The bracelet my husband bought me for Mother's Day was a completely different color from what was advertised on-line. Brighton's excuse was that the beads were natural and would be a different color from what was advertised. Basically, "What you see is not what you will get." Instead of being a good, progressive company and offering me a discount or a coupon for a future purchase, they offered NOTHING, so their customer service is CRAP! They continue to follow their old system of refusing to offer any deals, discounts, coupons, or sales. No wonder the company is shuttering stores left and right. I refuse to support this company any longer.
Tip for consumers:
They used to be a good company with good quality materials, although, they have NEVER offered discounts, coupons or sales. This is probably one of the reasons why the company is going downhill fast. They refuse to change with the times. They stick with their old-fashioned ways of doing business instead of keeping up with the changing ways in which consumers do business. Plus, the quality of their items have gone down hill as well.

The clothes are either too big or too small (despite being the same size) and the fabric is poor quality.
Tip for consumers:
Just buyer beware. It would be better to go to a brick-and-mortar store so you know what you are spending your money on. You know the size and fabric that you are getting when you make your purchase.
I ordered a red cotton sweatshirt from hotshefashion. It took forever to deliver, but what they sent me was a bright orange, shiny polyester piece of $3.00 fabric that looked like it had been sewn together by a 3-year-old. Not just that, but they charged me TWICE for the item and did not want to refund ANY of my money for the item or the double charge. They are a fraud company who just wants to steal your money in the place of sending you rags! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES that they only deal in the most quality fabrics and put their customers first. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone, and all I received was robo-responses.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM HOTSHEFASHION!! What they advertise is not what you get. The product is made of a totally different fabric, and (in my case) a totally different color, and the stitching is sub-par. The outfit would not last you a year! There is no way to get any help via customer service and they won't give you your money back if there is a problem.

None. What they sent me is disgusting. Although it would be perfect attire for MC Hammer.
I purchased 2 boots from Happy Shop. The first pair did not fit. They said it would cost too much to send back and for me to give them to someone else (and for me to absorb the cost). I gave them to my daughter and ordered a size larger. They STILL did not fit. Again, they just wanted me to absorb the cost short of a 15% discount. Not good enough given the cost of the boots! This company only looks out for their best interests and does not care about the customer.
Tip for consumers:
The sizing is really off. I mean, WAY off!! Make sure to order EXTRA large when you are ordering, and if it doesn't fit, don't expect to send it back, because they won't accept returns unless you want to pay the amount you paid for the item or more to send back your item.

This company (zvcfhy) took my money but did not deliver any goods. Their tracking number and service was fake (per the US Postal Service). Come to find out, they are part of a larger conglomerate known as Fadel-Beatty Limited (has an Irish address, but actually works out of China) goes by many names and oversees many companies that rob consumers of their money and leaves them without any product or sends them very low quality product. I was never able to get a refund, and my bank would not refund my money.
Tip for consumers:
Always research the name of the company before you purchase anything from the company!!!
