This company is prone to falsehoods. They shorted me over $200 worth of beads. They lied in their response to my PayPal dispute.

They stated that they're not giving a refund because I transferred the product I received into different containers. I informed them that the reason the items were transferred into different containers was because they had put the items into containers other than the quantities I bought. What I mean is, I purchased 8 g quantities, and they combined the 8 g quantities together, making it impossible for me to determine whether or not the entire amount of product was there without transferring them into a container that I knew the capacity of. It is for this reason, the company deciding to change the product I bought into a different size container, then I have no choice, but to transfer the product into a different container to ensure that they were not shorting the product yet again. I offered to send them pictures of the products ones transferred, but that was not good enough for them. It was perfectly fine for them to change the packaging of the product that they sent me, but apparently it's not OK for me to do the same to ensure that they did not continue their deceptive practices, yet again, which, of course they are did.

Think twice before dealing with this company. If you do, invest in a good scale, otherwise you'll be out of luck, just like I am
