I ordered a shirt Jan 1 from this company and never got a confirmation email. Needless to say I contacted them twice AFTER they charged me that I no longer wanted the shirt and what do you know it was shipped out the day after I tried cancelling the order. (It had been over a month that I had been waiting for the shirt). They have no phone number to even reach them so after numerous messages back and forth I'm not even wasting my time returning it. Should have read the reviews first! Do not order from them.

Never received my package! Tracking number says that its in Staten Island and I live far from there. The staff administrator says that they cannot find the order but yet the tracking # says where it is. I have asked for either a refund or package and I still don't have any of them after 4 months. WOW! Do not buy from this website

Would not tell me when they would send my item! Yet took $115.00 for a $60 dress. Waited over a month. Sent email after email until I told them I was going to take this matter up with my bank and further, then they blocked my emails. This site is a total SCAM! My bank is investigating their Fraud!

Did anyone in the month of Apr to May get a "mass email" stating shipment would be delayed due to her father being terminally ill? I didn't... so the ship date is 10-15 days, but due to this personal issue the ship date would be delayed. Ok fine so that affects my opportunity to return the item for a refund. Why am I to miss that deadline over your life situation? I got the run around and now completely want the order cancelled before it even has arrived to Ginny. She denied me by giving the 1 out of 3 policies I asked for that state "all orders are final sale." I want the returns and shipping policy... the site is terribly made. They even have "Questions? Give us a call at" there's no phone number, which I also asked for to be sent to me. Terrible business, I don't want the dress anymore. I researched the dress and it's cheaply made as seen in other pictures. Never again and Ginny... when you read this, because I really hope you do, you should have this stated on the check out page and the receipt to cover yourself. Now I know, don't trust Glamz & Glitz.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! I ordered a skirt and a jumpsuit that both were poorly made and faulty. I received my items a month after they took my money. I returned the items and contacted them about it. I have still to this day not received my refund. They lied about not receiving the items even though I sent them back by recorded delivery and saw myself that they had been signed for! NEVER EVER buy from this company, it is an utter SCAM! I'm annoyed I even have to give this review a star as it is so undeserved.

I ordered a homecoming dress from here and it was poor quality I found it on sammydress and really regret it. Wasted $80.00 on it and looked nothing like the picture. This website is a scam and they use asian drop ship program to make money. They also steal pictures from Australian websites there such a fraud. UPDATE! This website is stealing many designer stock images and everything is found on those asian websites like sammydress I think a 6 year old owns this place because I never got my money back till I filed a fraud report with my bank.

Wish I had of looked up the reviews before I ordered. I purchased 2 bathing suits at $60 each and when I finally received the first one, there was a tassel missing and the bottoms were cut way too small in the back. Someone responded to my email with no problem at all when asking when my items would be shipped, But when I realized that there was a tassel missing and I needed to return this item no one responded at all. Some of their swimsuits are shown on models but it only shows the front of them. There's no way my 14 year old will be walking around with a thong on. VERY CHEAPLY MADE and way too small. **Buyers Beware*

This place is so fraud! Don't order from here they took a month to send me my dress after emailing them non stop when I finally got it it was nothing like the picture and the quality was poor like a costume! They scammed me out of $115 cause I have yet to hear from them for the return. Never will I order from here again and niether should anyone read the reviews people!

I've contacted them more than 5 times asking where my order was boufht it dec 14 and all they tell me is its shipping oit soon. Told theme I needed it by nye and asked them multiple times that I needed it sent or to cancel and kept saying it's shipping soon. The latest week of December I was fed up it said it didn't even ship so I contacted them to cancel. Nope right after they go we already sent it this morning then after sent me tracking. Seriously tracking would've been sent to me in the morning then. Complete bull$#*! they sent me my order 2 weeks after I purchased it and said 1-3 bds I received it Jan 2 and clearly wouldn't need it anymore. Thanks and the site says returns 30 days from purchase is ridiculous since they can't even sendo your order until practicality a month later. It's a $#*! business

I ordered a bikini off this site and took months just to receive it. When I finally did, it was so small I couldn't even put it on all the way. (I even ordered it in a size bigger than what I normally wear just to be safe.) Not even a small child could manage to fit into it! The top had literally no room for boobs of any kind. It was just a flat piece of fabric. I wrote them an email explaining what happened and asked for a refund, only to have them tell me all sales are final and I couldn't get a refund. Complete waste of $60. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Order one dress and it was amazing looked exactly like the picture! Can't wait to wear it for my parties coming up!

I ordered my daughter a dress fron this company on a 10 / 11/15 and according to the website it was to be shipped between the 15-20. I have yet to receive an email stating my item has been shipped. I have sent 2 emails inquiring when my item will be shipped and have received no response. My daughter's homecoming is tomorrow 10/24/15 and needless to say ahe won't be wearing this dress because we don't have it. Thank God we were able to get a back up dress which we ordered the day after this one and we received as promised. I will never order anything from this rip off site again!

I have purchased from them 4 times and each time the clothing came on time and exactly how it was described! It was a pleasurable experience! The quality and value were just what I expected!

So I finally repeat finally received my dress I paid $75 for and it horrible! The fabric is sooooo cheap, nothing what it looked like from the picture on their website.

I would like to know why oh WHY have I NOT REVIEVED MY SHIPPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL when I bought the items a WEEK AGO, why my account is no longer VALID, and why I was able to make a new one with the EXACT SAME INFO from the 1st account!? Can u SAY SCAM? I FEEL LIKE ONCE THEY HAD MY MONEY THEY GOT RID OF THE ACCOUNT INFO, AND RAN TO THE END OF THE RAINBOW WITH MMMYYYY SHIIITTT!... HOW COME THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER? WHY IS THE INITIAL EMAIL SENT OUT ABOUT THE PLACED ORDER NOT HAVE THE COMPANY NAME AND SLOGAN? CAN U SAY BOOT LEG (IN MY DORA THE EXPLORER VOICE)? I SOOOO SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! :( WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT
