Did anyone in the month of Apr to May get a "mass email" stating shipment would be delayed due to her father being terminally ill? I didn't... so the ship date is 10-15 days, but due to this personal issue the ship date would be delayed. Ok fine so that affects my opportunity to return the item for a refund. Why am I to miss that deadline over your life situation? I got the run around and now completely want the order cancelled before it even has arrived to Ginny. She denied me by giving the 1 out of 3 policies I asked for that state "all orders are final sale." I want the returns and shipping policy... the site is terribly made. They even have "Questions? Give us a call at" there's no phone number, which I also asked for to be sent to me. Terrible business, I don't want the dress anymore. I researched the dress and it's cheaply made as seen in other pictures. Never again and Ginny... when you read this, because I really hope you do, you should have this stated on the check out page and the receipt to cover yourself. Now I know, don't trust Glamz & Glitz.
