Glass Shower Direct

Just finished a DIY remodel of our 20+-year old master bathroom, and decided to go with a 34 x 70 shower screen. Communication was good throughout the process, and they were able to accommodate a minor set of changes with zero issues. Shipping and delivery were great — and after I set the U channels a local glass company installed the screen in under 30 minutes. Looks great, and zero issues.

Got my enclosure in 3 weeks. It was a fairly easy process just make sure you measure properly. It looks beautiful I can't be more happy!

The quote from my local shower glass place was over double. Kevin was great to deal with and was available by direct phone more than once for questions and responded promptly to emails. Delivery was just over the 14 days I was quoted and installation was pretty easy. I was caught off-guard when I inquired and was told I needed to be home to accept freight delivery since that had not been communicated and I had to plan to take time off from work to be there. All in all, a great alternative for homeowner DIY!

The products and services are outstanding. Prices are also excellent. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. I would have saved a ton of money on my last remodel. Kevin is quick to reply with solutions. Thank you to Kevin and the team!

Beautiful and expertly packed. Installed quickly and easily after watching the tutorial. You need two strong guys to install this glass; you cannot do it alone. The completion appeared polished and good-looking.

These guys are awesome! Great customer service and both sets of glass doors were spot on! A second set of hands are very helpful for install.

Back in july of 23 we stayed at westlake resorts in orlando. The suite we had had just been remodeled and the master shower had huge frameless glass panels. Needless to say that lead to us remodeling our master bath and utilizing this supplier of frameless glass.
All went as planned. The ordering was simple and trouble free.
We did something backwards though. We ordered our glass door and side panel BEFORE we had the tile installed. I wasnt worried bc I was going to be the one doing the framing and tile work. I wouldnt try it this way unless you are skilled with measuring and layout techniques.
Anyway; it was a pleasure working with Kevin and the hardware people.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much heavier this panel was than I had expected. It is quite durable and was reasonably priced in comparison to other options I found.

In the past two years, we have put two different types in our other bathrooms, and this one's quality well outweighs the others.

It has replaced the previous one, and we are extremely happy with it. Now it looks like the bathroom is much bigger! Although there were some mounting concerns with the installer, overall it was good.

This online company only cares about a sale and communication is very poor and customer service is pretty much nonexistent. After they make their sale there is little to no communication thereafter. Unanswered emails regarding my order. Was told by Kevin that lead time is 10-12 days plus 1 week for delivery, but it took 1.5 months to get the glass shower enclosure, One panel was delivered broken. Order was missing some hardware. Nearly impossible to get a hold of Kevin or Scott, the brothers/owners. They are essentially just in the sales business and don't manufacture the glass or hardware that they sell. They ordered my glass from a glass factory in TX and the hardware company from a company in CA. Their business address on there invoice in listed in Canada). No one picks up the phone. Emails are largely unanswered. I am getting the run around for the replacement on the broken glass panel delivered 1 month ago and the missing hardware. Every other email I sent during this process (3 months since sale date) is followed by the canned response, "your order should go out next week" with no follow through. Look elsewhere for glass.

It looks so good in my bathroom that I would probably acquire another one if I had a second one. Arrived really quickly and in excellent condition.

We ordered a new glass shower and were promised a 14 day ETA - to our surprise we got an email at 6 days saying it was shipping and 3 days later it was at our house.

Packaging was good and we were able to install almost week early - very impressed!

We provided the company with the specifications of a shower base, including where it would line up with the studs etc. They provided an enclosure that is exactly the same size as the base, which obviously wouldn't fit since on the base since they are exactly the same dimensions unless there is a magical way to connect the glass to the outside edge. I'm guessing they are just incompetent, but there failure to reply to message after we contacted makes me feel it is also a bit of a scam.
