You know how sometimes you buy a phone and immediately something goes wrong with it like the cord breaks and the company doesn't even sell their own cord and directs you to an amazing company that sells everything under the sun well that's Global Direct parts they sell everything you need guaranteed for the best prices and fast shipping. Seriously these guys are amazing-I even left them a voicemail telling them how special they were because nobody respects the guys that just work on the back end of computers, you know they respect the Bill Gates and Steve Jobs of the world but not the Bob Jones who really does all the hard work so thanks guys I appreciate you!

Purchased a screen and some other parts from Global Direct at separate times. Got the parts quickly and they worked like a charm. Even had to return a screen once because of a weird pixel in the screen and it was replaced without a problem. Emails are typically answered fairly quickly for me.

I bought something for Global Direct Parts on their website, got it, the upper part is missing tried to contact them through email and phone call got no responds ever, bad customer service

I have had multiple items fixed by global direct parts. Their chrome book parts are unmatched and their prices are very reasonable.

I placed my order a long time ago and they charged my card at the same day but I never got anything!

They don't answer emails and no support!

Needed to replace speaker in my phone. Minimum order was 3 speakers. Bought 3. Didn't work. Sent parts back. Got parts returned back to me with message saying they were ok. Verified with 2 other local shops and all confirmed that the parts were NOT working. They dragged this out throughout over more than 1.5 months, taking weeks to reply back.
When they finally dragged it out long enough, they said my warranty expired.
Eventually found and bought the part from a local shop.

I ordered an oem rear facing camera for my galaxy s4, they said it would ship in 8-14 days and take 3 days to receive it and I did in 15 days.The camera was oem and workes perfectly. I would order from them again

Great store for when you desperately need that phone part and do not want to get a new one. I had a bunch of data on my old cell phone that I really needed access to but could not sync phone to my pc as the interface portion got destroyed in my pocket. Sure enough I found exactly the part I was looking for on this site and repaired it. Probably not worth your time and effort if your contract is almost up and you can just get a new phone for cheap but this site is great if you need to repair an old phone. The guides are useful too in figuring out exactly what to do.

Not a reliable seller, send erroneous parts on purpose. The claims process is long, so that the customer withdraws from exhaustion

Stay away from Global Direct Parts. I bought several parts from them before finally giving up. What you buy is rarely what you get. If you call to ask questions like,"Does this item come with the adhesive backing?" if they answer the phone, they either can't tell you if it does or not or worse, tell you it does when it doesn't. They have terrible customer service when you have a problem. As for their guides- there are better tips by 12 year olds on you tube. Bottom line is, You can find parts cheaper on Amazon where at least you get some sense of responsibility from the vendor.

They are scammers. New or "a" stock... more like "f"stock... half of the parts you get are not as described and the others are cheap knockoffs. Their customer service makes at&t's look like 5 star service. They also make you pay to ship their mistakes back and don't refund you., avoid at all costs

I ordered Samsung OE Batteries; a Disassembly Tool Kit; & some phone Adhesive Tape - to help in fixing our two Samsung Galaxy S7 phones. The battery on my wife's phone was completely toast and swollen. A couple of the items were back-ordered; which was very clear before you ordered. Anyway - after some time - they sent everything (including Genuine OE SAMSUNG Batteries as we had ordered) except for the Tool Kit - and I authorized the additional wait time. But when that came and went - they put together essentially almost the same tool kit; credited back the funds for the kit ordered; and shipped out what they had put together - at no charge. I was very impressed with their dedication to the Customer. My experience with them was 100% positive.
