I submitted on-line the night before an auction (less than 24hrs). I was inquiring about financing a 100,000 dollar purchase. After filing the requested information, I was emailed and called directly the following morning with 3.75 hrs remaining till my deadline. They gave me the right details and the confidence to proceed on my quest. Although, I backed out of the auction and never needed the loan, their direct and continued communication with me came as quite a delightful surprise... and this... in the 21st century? Whaaa? -

This process took days and as of yet I still don't know if I'm approved or what interest rate I'll have. Extremely frustrating since I only have 5 days to pay the auction house. Poor follow up from my agent, I literally called her daily to try to get answers. I've applied with another lender as I don't have confidence in this company.

So far, so good. Jack, who I spoke with on the phone, was very professional and helpful.

The application process is smooth. The only thing I'm on the edge of my seat is shopping for the best lowest payment. I will need this for certain things throughout the years. But I won't be using it daily. So I'm looking for the longest term the lowest payment and a good interest rate. If I don't like it cancel the contract I never came here. Experience was great, though I tried to call a couple of times and my call never gets answered.
Not sure why.

I am currently a Home Mortgage customer with Wells Fargo as well as flooring for
Precision Water & Power Sports.

The website application, once completed indicated that my credit file was locked and offered me a button to access the credit bureau where the file was locked. I followed the button and executed an UNLOCK on my credit file. Your agent called the next afternoon and indicated that he could not access the file because it was locked. I again accessed the file while on the phone with the agent and it was already unlocked, but the agent was reporting it was still locked.? Other than that, the experience was streamlined and easy to follow.

The Rep who assisted me was very professional, patient and kind. I appreciated his expertise and timely follow-up response.

The process was simple and easy and very fast and allowed me to bid on a tractor, although I didn't win because it went for more than I was willing to pay. Thanks Ty Pape
