The website application, once completed indicated that my credit file was locked and offered me a button to access the credit bureau where the file was locked. I followed the button and executed an UNLOCK on my credit file. Your agent called the next afternoon and indicated that he could not access the file because it was locked. I again accessed the file while on the phone with the agent and it was already unlocked, but the agent was reporting it was still locked.? Other than that, the experience was streamlined and easy to follow.
