I ordered on Feb 23 and now its March 8 and still nothing. I went through paypal yesterday and canceled it. Now I get a text sayong it's on it's way. I will not accept it if and when it comes. RIP off $#*! holes.

After making an order on Dec 11th. It's now Dec 30th and still no shipment of my $54 USB flash drive. I had to go beyond contacting Customer Service by email, and used the Halo_era Facebook page's Messages option on Dec 18th. Their excuse was that the item was so popular that the manufacturer couldn't keep up, and I should be "patient". Of course I noticed that their original email after placing my order said "we're preparing your order and will notify you went it's shipped." I indicated I would continue to wait. Now on the 30th I've called my bank to dispute the charge.
It's been a week since I placed my order, got one immediate response with a typical order confirmation email saying I would get another when the order shipped. On Day 7, I sent an inquiry to the listed customer service email that bounced back. So I went to the website and sent an inquiry from there. Got a response asking me to resend the email using one of about 10 codes for "complaints" typed above the top line of the text in their email. So now I wait, wondering if this is a scam site.
