I don't recommend ordering from this company. We had a defective item. When we called and spoke to a customer service agent, we were told they were going to ship out a replacement right away. We waited 2 weeks for our replacement and nothing. We call again (wait time is very long) and were told the item went out of stock while waiting to be processed for exchange. We could've easily purchased a new one while the item was still in stock and received a refund instead. But we didn't because we were promised a replacement and told they were in stock. We also had no phone call or notification that our replacement would not be possible. Poor customer service. Faulty products.

Tip for consumers:
Suggest buying a new product if you receive a faulty one and then requesting a refund instead of processing as an exchange. Exchange processing time is long and if the product sells out, you won’t receive a replacement.

I tried to order from the Fall Preview 2023 but I was told the price of the product was higher than the printed price. Nothing in the catalog said prices were subject to change from the printed price.
I received a gift in Dec. 2019 and returned mid month - It took until Feb. To get a voucher vs. my exchange that was in stock. Then in Feb. Ordered shoes that did not fit now it is May 21st and I still don't have exchange. What you want to be I get another voucher instead of the exchange. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. COVID-19 has nothing to do with their lack of customer service.
If you have read my two preceding reviews then all I further to say is that when I notified the company of my faulty product which malfunctioned one month after receiving, they promised to replace it at a later date. When that date arrived I did not receive the model promised and they tried to surcharge me $36. I refused, fought with them and received a lesser item.
