Hardee's

1/6 2020 I went into the locational Madison in mankato MN For lunch today the young man that took my order was a Races both him the whole store in his district manager they all was racist I order some food that I did not like an eye ax for another sandwich they told me h*** now get the h*** out they store I wanna ask for my money back they told me h*** now and get the $#*! out of here before I called the police on you so I called them myself

I do not recommend the Hardee's on Sangamon Ave. In Springfield Illinois because they are idiots! If they would pay as much attention to their customers as they do their cell phones it might be a different story.

I went in the bathroom and they stunk so bad and the toilets were nasty asf... I would hate to see any of ya'll houses you nasty $#*!s

Attitude of customer service is very rude. They don't listen to your complain regarding food seriously. I feel really disappointed by their treatment and will definitely not try it again!

Waited 10 minutes and never got waited on we left and thw manager was on cell phone the whole time she needs to be fired, only when we decided to leave she said i can help you now, no thanks not even if it was free, ploease fire her

In the drive thru. Wait. Wait. Wait. David M. Finally takes my order. Had to tell him my order at least 8X. Get to window. Waiting. 10 minutes later David comes to the window and asked AGAIN what I wanted. Tell him again. What another 10 mins. Nothing. About 5 minutes later the manager told David to tell me to pull up to wait for my order. I pull up. Wait another 10mins. I then decide to go in and see what's going on with my order. I go in and ask about my food, (2 sliders, no mustard. 3 piece Chicken tender combo, curly fries, Dr pepper, BBQ sauce, ranch, and ketchup.) Pretty simple if you ask me. So they just started cooking my tenders when I walked in. Mind you, I ordered this over 30 minutes ago. I tell the manager that I think David isn't doing a good job with his job and that I've been waiting for 30 minutes. David then yells and cusses at my calling me a $#*! and what not. He's doing this while customers are at the window. Finally got my food, as I was leaving David yelled out "I will find you you b****" so at this point I just wanted to go home. Get home. My food isn't right at all. Hardee's ******* Antioch, Tn.

I had a bad experience with the management at Hardees. I wrote into hardees.com and received a reply that they would "let appropriate management at the store know the issue". I responded to let them know that the problem itself was management. This has been a week ago. No further response and absolutely no contact from the Hardees location I had the issue with in the beginning. If you look at their facebook page, you will see that there are many complaints about Hardees and their employees, and no response at all from Hardees. So irresponsible. Customer service is everything, but apparently not to Hardees.

The customer service was horrible. The workers had bad atttitudes. And half of our chicken was half done

Get your breakfast here! It is so good and fresh! Their biscuits are out of this word.

So from all the reviews iv'e seen hardees can be racist, rude, and just over all not be a good place. From my experiences it has not been bad. The one thing they usually forget is my sweet tea though. But i must be honest other hardees iv'e been too can smell like actual $#%@ and their bathrooms sometimes have bugs. Like ew... Their food isn't bad, i personally like their honey mustard and chicken strips. There milkshakes are the best tho. Honestly its gonna be a 3 and a half for me.
