I wish I would have read other reviews before purchasing. We ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for Prom. Sizing was not correct and sought to return WITHIN 24 hours of receiving dresses. Initial customer response asked for photos of dresses with the tags (the dresses were both in bags with no tags at all). I took pictures and followed all instructions. Now, I have not heard from the company in 3 weeks. You will not get a refund.

It said to email them so I did and they have never responded so now I lost almost $300 in dresses that did not fit me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THEM.

I'm Irelynd. I ordered a dress for my hoco Sep 16th, and I ordered it around late August. It did not arrive until September 18th despite the 6-10 day shipping. It really sucked to get information from the website as far as estimated arrival, etc. all responses from customer service ARE automated. Now, I have recieved the dress. Let. Me. Tell. You. It is STUNNING. I am in love with it! I paid around $128 with shipping and coupon code. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because it did not arrive on time and the zipper kinda sucks. The rest of the dress is great quality, but the zipper is kinda hard to pull up when it is on your body. Overall though, so incredibly happy with it. It is stunning and looks just like the pictures. A lot of people said they never received their dress and had issues dealing with returns. I didn't have to deal with any of that so overall my experience was pretty great. Although I deleted all emails and stuff, order number is in the subject and I added a pic of myself for reference. :)

We waited two months for our order. After checking the tracking a month into our placed order, it showed it as somewhere in China. The dress finally came with no packing receipt or return form. The dress did not fit, too large, cheap material, not the color as shown in their photo. We have attempted to contact customer service NUMEROUS times via live chat and email with NO response. This is a waste of time, money and a serious RIP OFF. NEVER EVER order from them.

We purchased two dresses on order WBHMUS*******, and paid for expedited shipping. One dress took several weeks to get. The material was not as expected, and neither dress looked like the photos. I requested a return and received a response several days later. They asked for a photo which I submitted and have been waiting 11 days for a response. Do not purchase from this company!
