We purchased two dresses on order WBHMUS*******, and paid for expedited shipping. One dress took several weeks to get. The material was not as expected, and neither dress looked like the photos. I requested a return and received a response several days later. They asked for a photo which I submitted and have been waiting 11 days for a response. Do not purchase from this company!
Tip for consumers:
The only way to receive a refund is to get a knowledge meant from the company, allowing you to return the items. They have ignored multiple emails. It’s ridiculous!
