I paid over $42 to have my items shipped next day. They took several days to ship and state that they don't promise quick shipping. They first need to process the order and it takes several days and then they ship. And the worst is they sent it USPS knowing that they are delaying in shipping. I paid a lot of money for 1 day shipping so I expect a reliable source like fedex or ups. Worst company ever, never going to buy from again.

I had a lot of trouble recently with an order and it getting lost by the English postal service, I just wanted to write a review to say how kind and quick to answer the customer services were to me. I got a reply within hours and they offered a complete refund and I felt like they really cared. Unlike the Royal Mail who didn't care to find my package. I received my refund today and ordered again because the company have the best phone charms for my phone and DS. Love them and love the lucky bags too.

The only bad thing I can say about Hey Chickadee is that their response time for replying to emails is disgraceful. But I got my Limited Edition Pusheen in less than a week after ordering from them and I live in the UK. If you're from the UK, my Pusheen plus shipping cost $51.00 (£44.00) plus I had to pay £12.46 tax, so just a little heads up for you.

Upon my time working for this company I found dead bugs inside packaged clothing I was told to send out, trained to color plush toys with a sharpie marker to disguise imperfections in quality, and sent orders internationally where the customer was paying double the price in shipping cost. This company is run by inexperienced individuals and there products are overpriced and of the poorest quality. Do not shop with them.

My husband got me a Pusheen hoodie and toque for Christmas. The sweater neck was tiny, the body was massive, the waistline was tight and the sleeves were 4-5" too long. The toque was TINY.

Because we ordered from Canada we didn't get reimbursed for our shipping to return the product. So paid twice for shipping and have nothing.

I will NEVER recommend the clothing from this website to anyone. If you're outside the states DON'T BOTHER at all.

The selection is great, even though an item ive been trying to get my girlfriend for almost 6 months JUST got restocked (wtf?) and everything seems well made, but what really pissed me off is the 1-3 day processing time, which seems to mean they actually take 3 days to take something off a shelf and put it in a box and send it, which now adds up to 5 days waiting for my order, which is 2 days after my girlfriends birthday, I payed 10 bucks for 2 day shipping so I would get it at least a day ahead of time, by modern standards. It really shouldn't take 3 days in this day and age. Its 2014. I know what you're thinking, "maybe they are just really busy" but I work in a field that is reliant on online ordering, and the standard in this day and age is 1 day to send anything out. That's at most 24 hours, and if your order is placed before the mail/shipping truck arrives you better $#*!ing believe your order should be on that truck. Any less than these standards is simply un professional and comes off as slovenly. The only reason I havent complaint to their site is because their site says it may take 1-3 days (technically it took 3.5) to process, but usually that is not the case, like 95% of the time, seriously. They either need to modernize their system or kick up the pace, for their sake (btw I know delays sometimes happen, and usually when that happens customers should be notified, i received no such notification.)

I love ordering from this HeyChickadee.com. The website itself is very user friendly, and is very beautifully designed. I like that they send emails to me, especially about sales, and they have a great instagram account as well. This is a great example of a wonderful brand with a good website and their product line is exclusive for certain "Pusheen" items, as well as other artists. I love HeyChickadee.com

Highly do not recommend getting anything from them. Especially if you live far away like Australia. Have no clue about the product quality because it still hasnt arrived! Paying priority shipping does not help either. It is suppose to come within 7-10 days but it has been 3 weeks, reaching 4. Cannot be more disappointed. It should also be noted I ordered in November before the Christmas rush.

I ordered the pusheen onesie for halloween on October 16. The next day it was shipped which was unexpected since it said 1-3 or so. I live in Canada so it said it could take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, it only took 4 days! So impressed with the quality it's super soft and I'm a 5'11 girl and the one size fits all actually fit! Best onesie I've ever owned well worth the money!

I love this site because they have cute stuff.! They don't over change you! They are user friendly! They have a great selection! I love their site! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Paid extra for 2-day delivery and it's almost been a week. I emailed to place a complaint and basically got an email back saying "It's not our fault, so too bad!"

As someone who works customer service, I feel like it actually takes effort to be this bad. They've lost a customer.

After paying a large sum of money to have pusheen merchandise shipped to England we were greeted with further charges from royal mail. All in all the shopping cost more than the items. Wash with extreme care as the pusheen transfers damage easily

This was my first online shoping and I had a great experience with 'heychickadee'.
I ordered pusheen necklace and it was shiped the same day I ordered. I recieved my ordered item in 8 day to Croatia, Europe without a problem. You can even trace your package with the code you recieve in your email.

I bought pusheen shirts and pants from lots of companies and they are SUPREME. They are good quality, last long, and really cute!
