Every item I received was absolutely nothing like the picture portraying the item online. They were all of very poor quality and about 3 sizes too small. DO NOT order from this company: They are a bunch of liars. Im not even going to try and return anything because I know I will get the run around. Stupid me out about $90,!

I ordered two blouses and a necklace on February 1. The necklace arrived in early April. I asked for refunds on the blouses and was told to hang on, that they will be shipped quickly. Today, April 25, I received one of the blouses, but it was nothing like the photo that I ordered from. The see through, shiny, cheap fabric is like a child's Halloween costume, the colors also look like they're from a costume. This is by far the worst thing that I have ever gotten in the mail. Absolutely a disgrace. Buyer beware!

I ordered the top in the photograph. It was made of a much, much diffferent quality fabric, was better made, better tailored and had better quality tassels and accessories on it. Such an ornate piece could only be carried off properly due to the quality of the sizing and fabric, and the proportions of the tassels. The top I received, after waiting four months enduring unnecessary emails back and forth, was a cheap imitation. The fabric is cheap and looks cheap - there are no lace or ribbon-like embellishments woven into it. The sizing and proportions are not the same as in the photo, and do not incorporate the care, lines and sizing necessary to create the long, lean look of the shirt in the photo. The tassels, which really make the piece in the photo work, are just cheap polyester fringe; and the larger, more important ones are much smaller (much smaller than the ones in the photo) and have gaudy metal clasps holding them together. This shirt invokes memories of a Halloween clown's costume from the late 1950's instead of a funky, chic blousy hippy shirt as advertised in the photo.

This company not only has terrible customer service, the product is worse.

First off they told me before I even ordered it will based in America they are not. They are in China. Second I paid for fast shipping. I did not get my items in that time so had to contact them via email they have no phone. It took over a month to receive one of my items and the refund for the rest. I am still waiting partial refund. Their customer service has lied to me several times. I asked to speak to a manager I got no you can't. Do not order from this company under any circumstances

I paid for expedited shipping - 48 DAYS AGO - for clothes that still haven't made it to the US! The customer service is terrible. After several emails that they didn't respond to they offered me a 10% discount - which is less than I paid for early delivery! Now I'm reading these reviews and wish I'd canceled my order a month ago.
Spend your money somewhere else!

Ordered six items and the first two took several weeks to get, these are the cheapest made items I have ever seen in my life. I canceled the rest of my order and I was told if I wanted to return the other two items I would have to mail them back to China, which of course is an aggravation in itself. This dress is the same material as a shower curtain liner.

Very disappointed. Item took several months to get and when I finally received it, it's nothing like pictures. I don't even know what the material is, I've never felt anything like it. Company should be put out of business.

Well my experience is the same as most of the other reviews. This company should be stopped. I ordered what looked like a lovely boohoo lovely loose hooded top with tassles... What I received 3 months after ordering was an awful thin waffle material that looked like a 3 year old had made! Only a few very thin nylon tassles, tight elastic around the waist, just the most awful top I've ever seen! Tried emailing several times, keep getting fobbed off about email addresses etc. Word of advice to anyone thinking of ordering from this company... DONT!

Just got my order and agree with all the comments. The fabric feels and looks like a thin plastic trash bag. Tacky piece of crap. It's not worth the cost to return it and they know that. The merchandise looks nothing like it does online. Definitely not made in the US. Stay away from this online store.

Stay away I still didn't receive my order since February 14, sent several e-mails they keep sending me the same response it's on it's way.

You will not get anything close to what you see in the images. It's impossible to return anything and the clothing is total junk. I thought I was saving a few bucks when in reality, I was just throwing away money.

I ordered from them on Feb. 4th and still haven't received order. Emailed 2 times told the order would be sent out asap. That was 5 days ago. We'll see.

I made a huge mistake. Bought a bunch of stuff and everything is of the worst quality and the sizes are off. Struggling to try to return everything but because it comes from China can't get my money back.

I ordered a "vintage embroidered" dress and it was NOTHING like the picture on the website. First off it was not embroidered at all- just a super cheap print that wasn't even the same print as pictured- the material looked like it cost 5 cents & it was way too small... you couldn't pay me to wear this thing- AWFUL! The other item was a top that again was not as pictured- a different print and the cheapest material ever! I tried to get a refund and got the run around with no return address now I am told they will give me 15% of my purchase ($10) but I have yet to see any money. This company should be put out of business. Lord knows it's crap clothes probably made by children in a sweat shop- can someone go after these crooks?!

More of the same. Only recieved 1 of 2 articles ordered. It was hidious and nothing like the photo. The fabric is creepy. The email address they offer to negotiate returns is non existant and any attempt to communicate bounces back. I am out $100.00 with no hope of refund. Stay far away!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful boho style hoodie top, in dusty pink, with gorgeous fringe and tassels. I ordered it in February and I just received it May 7th. I ordered a small because all of the reviews on their site said it was huge, with too much material, huh... this top might fit an average sized 7 year old. The material isn't even close to what is pictured. The material in the photo looked like a loose weaved cotton pattern, with loosely woven threads to give it a light feel in a stripe like casual look, what I got is a waffle cone material in a very bright, bright pink. The tassels and the fringe is a joke. One of the tassels on the string of the hoodie is missing entirely, the other tassels are so thin and cheap and are attached by string and do not have any beads as the picture shows and IS a different color of pink. The fringe on the sleeves, isn't fringe, but cheaper matted and twisted tiny tassels, that could 'no way' be unraveled to even come close to looking like the fringe in the picture and the prettiest part of what was pictured, isn't anywhere to be found, and that was the accent piece of the same color that went with the blouse as a fringed necklace they show on every picture in all colors. I don't know how you get that, because it doesn't say it's NOT part of your item. After reading all of the other reviews on returning, I don't think I will even bother. I am just thankful that I had a brief moment of sanity and removed all of the other ones just like it in all of the other colors, from my cart, or I would have a lot more of them... and I don't know any 7 year old girls. What a total disappointment.

I have ordered two items for my business in Switzerland. Just to check if they are worthy to be our partner.
What I received after two months and loads of mails is a JOKE. Cheap fabrics and not even close to what I ordered.
What have I learned? Never ever shop anything without TRUSTPILOT!

I haven't got no reply on my refund on 2 tops that they tell me that are oit of stock after I waited months for the refund. Now when you try to contact customer care the email fails.

I place a order 117.00 back in February and it is now June 2019 never got my things I order and for months back and forth never got the things I order and never got my items. So stay far far away for that web page

I ordered a top from Heyjue Feb. 1st and didnt get it until May 7th. I was so disappointed when i opened the package. The material was the cheapest thinnest crap ive ever seen and the workmanship was shoddy at best. It totally did not look at all like the picture shown. A medium looked like an out of shape extra large when i ordered a medium. I didnt even try it on and it went right into the Goodwill bag. I will never order from them again or any other clothing company advertising on FB. They are all flimsy, fly-by-night over seas disasters waiting to take your money. Dont do it. The pics are never whats delivered.

When my item was back ordered I wrote twice to cancel my order and get a refund. They did not respond to me. When I finally received my order it was the wrong order. It was a cheap knock-off of what I had ordered and they obviously were trying to pass it off to me, hoping I would not notice. I wrote back to them about it. They are now saying I could either pay return shipping myself or take a 15% discount with no refund. They will not refund my money or give me free return shipping. This was entirely their fault at every turn yet they feel I should have to be penalized for it. Do not buy anything from this seller. They have no ethical understanding of commerce.

I ordered a few things fro Heyjue and they are ridiculous. They look nothing like what is pictured online! One shirt I ordered looked soft and flowy and the colors pictured were like an acid wash. When the shirt came in it was a very stiff fabric and the color was very dark and solid. Everything I ordered went straight into the trash because it was so hideous!

Well, first of all it took 3 months to get my order. When I did get it, I couldn't believe how stupid I am! The shirt I got is ridiculous. The one on the website was very cute. It's almost like they put a photo of a cute shirt on there, then when someone ordered it, the decided they had to make one like that, and failed miserably. TOTAL JOKE is what I received. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo on the website. Anyway, don't order from this website. I am not even going to try and get my money back, and will probably cut up this stupid piece of clothing for terry cloth rags, yes it's made of terry cloth. I can't even justify wearing it for pj's.
