I ordered a simple cheap made in china by the way, d-ring snaffle bit. It was welded shut on one d ring so i called the customer service to just send it back and get another one. Sometimes this happens i realize that, but they wanted me to send a picture of the bit like that would show in a picture, the girl was rude, short, and acted as if i was trying to rip them off. For goodness sakes it cost 30.00 what the hey. So i just cut my loses and said forget it. But i will never do business with this company again, to say the least

Placed an almost $200 order on horse.com and it never shipped. This place is a huge scam. The ancient website should have been a red flag. Ruined my sisters Christmas present

I give this company NO STARS!-Ive been trying to find out information on my order through Email cause it seems as if CUSTOMER SERVICE can't answer a phone!-I was replied BACK to through Email with one of their ADS from their store!-Who does that to an ALREADY PAID for product CUSTOMER!-I Truly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything!-So there for... NO STARS

I ordered 2 items and nether were delivered. I call customer service 5 times to get this resolved and spent over 2.5 hours of my time trying to find our when my items would arrive. Each time I was given different dates. It's been over a week and still have not received the order. I tried to cancel the order and that was was such a frustrating and was told I could not cancel one of the wormer. I would not ever use this company again and don't recommend it.

I ordered a fly sheet and loved the look and fit. However after turning him out in it I realized It was impossible to stay straight on him due to the slippery fabric. I called to request a return and was told I couldn't return it since it had been used. Yet how would I have known this without using it? So with this company, if you buy a product that proves to be completely useless, and what I consider defective, you can't return it if you've tried it. And the employee I dealt with should not be talking to customers, sounding more like she should be at home. Rude; unfriendly. And I tried to write a review for the product and they blocked it

Hasseled with customer service almost a month on a back order and then recieved the wrong product... Wait time is terrible for calls. Does really seem to take or go the distance to make customer happy with transaction...

I paid extra to receive two blankets for my horses. I expected them within 3 business days of ordering. But, according to the tracking number, they hadn't shipped the product yet after the 3 days was past. It took 13 days to get the products.

I purchase over 200.00 in product from horse.con one hour after purchase I canceled it. Was told it's a holiday (4th of July) it would take effect Tuesday by Thursday it was still being taken out of my acct when I called 8am Thursday morning I was told she would TRY to stop the order, she also said she would get back to me by phone or email by the end of the day I got a call stating she couldn't stop the order, nothing like waiting to the end of the day when I called for a third time to canceled finally I just called my bank to alert them. Will never purchase anything from this company again!

The entire pony club hates this disguising website which does not provide our fur babies with their blankets and tack. They are crooks and pigs which disappointed the entire pony squad. Ashamed.

Horse.com charged me the right price, then reversed the charge and submitted a second charge for almost $16.00 more than the amount I authorized. Worse yet, when I called to complain, the customer service rep named Vivian argued with me, alleging that I was lying about the email confirmation (receipt) THAT HORSE.COM SENT ME, which clearly showed a total price consistent with the 1st charge, not the 2nd charge. When I told her that their order system did not include any tax calculation on the payment screen, she proceeded to lecture me on internet taxation law. Ms. Vivian reiterated her belief that I was lying about the absence of tax and about the different order total that displayed during the payment step. She refused to adjust the charge. I suspect that their ordering system purposely does not include tax in the order total to induce people to buy the items, thinking that they are spending less money. Then, Horse.com does the old switch-a-roo with the credit card charges, banking on people not paying attention to their credit card statements. I did not authorize the higher amount so legally they cannot charge it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, provided a copy of the email confirmation from Horse.com with the correct total, and it credited my account for the difference. Don't put up with this kind of nonsense. If you did not authorize the amount, then dispute it. TheHorse.com should be the named plaintiff in a class action lawsuit and/or be investigated by the Consumer Protection Division of the State's Attorney General's Office for deceptive trade practices.

Very poor service. Ordered items paid in good faith and 4 days later order continues to be "in process" I have called 2 days in a row, no one has any clue when my order will be shipped. The owner of this company needs to step up and put their money where their mouth is and hire adequate help to be able to fulfill their orders in a timely and professional manner

This could have been such a great book! Too bad the writer didn't stick to her story and develop the characters more deeply. I would have loved to have known more about Theo instead of his racial bias towards Jess. And Jess could have more than her perceived racist by Theo. Jarret was truly a complex character but was relegated to being nothing more than a thinned skin black man who is marginalized by the writers inadequacy. I loved the premise of the book but the writer gave them no depth...they never failed and learned anything. They were just products of someones skewed ideas of what she thought they must be like. Theo and Jess were written in the current "woke-ism" of our times. She's an inherent racist just because she's white. Theo can do no wrong because he's been thought less of just because he's black. I don't know what it's like to be black and to deal with what they all must go through every day because they are black. But I hope they don't think every white person is a racist bigot any more than I think every black guy is lecherous and dangerous. But that's exactly how Brooks wrote this book. She should have stuck to what she knows which is Lexington, a magnificent horse who was trained by a young black man who instinctively knew this animal and was able to bring out the best in him. All the other crap was just that...crap. And it has no place in a book like this. I really wanted to like this book and I did like much of it. Her descriptions of Thomas Scott painting Darley and Jarret were fabulous. You felt like you were there and could visualize what he saw and painted. You could feel the deep love and bond that Jarret had with Lexington. But that was all this book could do.
