It has been over 6 weeks since I first contacted House of Beauty World about my shorted order and have yet to even hear from them much less get a refund. I have ordered from them in the past with good results, but their customer service is now non-existent. A note inside the package did acknowledge the "oversold or discontinued" nail polish would be refunded "in 3-5 business days" but there was no mention of the missing tube of hair color. I have left voice mails and sent e-mails which are apparently being actively ignored. Now their voicemail is too full to even leave a message and I am still looking for that refund! I suggest shopping ANYWHERE ELSE but this place.

Those people in House of Beauty World are thieves! They kept my money after the courier sent my parcel back to them as undelivered. I wrote to House of Beauty, asking for my money but they wrote back, saying I would have to take a store credit and phone my order in. Well, I live in the UK and House of Beauty don't answer the phone. I still tried to get my money back from those thieves but one wrote to me saying I should see a doctor for trying to get my money back! Don't spend your money at House of Beauty. When things go wrong, they will keep your money. There are far better stores offering the same or similar products. House of Beauty World is run by thieves!
