Ordered rainboots was delivered sunglasses (cheap plastic ones) instead. Upon contacting customer service they advised I can either keep the sunglasses and they will refund 35% of the purchase or I can send the sunglasses back at our costs and was told that due to covid etc if glasses are not received then nothing will be refunded. The website and warehouse is run out of China. Worse customer service ever. The website only sells footwear so unsure how sunglasses can even be sent out. Biggest scam ever

Absolutely appalling - not even sure this is a legitimate business. Ordered boots in March, chased up several times, email in May to say they had been 'lost in transit'. I was offered a 40% refund. The boots were still available to buy online but was told they were no longer available. I said please send me the boots that are still online they said no we can't because of the advertising? Last I heard they were going to give me 50% refund on a product I never received.
Don't use this website. I paid $103 for pair of Hunter boots. I waited three weeks for delivery following tracking number. When delivery was made I received an envelope containing a Polo - Ralph Lauren cap. Contacted website and they have refused to return my money, do not use this site which also has the name of service6 and auto9@VMC.
Tip for consumers:
You shouldn’t have to know anything if they its a genuine website. A person shouldn’t be expecting to be cheated. I am sure Hunter boots head office won’t be happy about their Australian web site

I didn’t receive the item ordered
This website is a knock-off version of the official Hunter website. It's supposed to be running out of Australia but charged my bank card with Chinese Yuan at a higher amount than it was meant to. That plus the fact I never received a confirmation email and there is no way to contact them leads me to believe that I will never see my boots or that money again.

Don't use this site! You will lose your money.
Wonder why they discounts on the price, i purchase 2 and paid $165 in 20th November last year, and this morning its delivered(took more than 2months) but FAKE Cartier ring was delivered. Phishing website and scammers.
