Ordered rainboots was delivered sunglasses (cheap plastic ones) instead. Upon contacting customer service they advised I can either keep the sunglasses and they will refund 35% of the purchase or I can send the sunglasses back at our costs and was told that due to covid etc if glasses are not received then nothing will be refunded. The website and warehouse is run out of China. Worse customer service ever.
The website only sells footwear so unsure how sunglasses can even be sent out. Biggest scam ever
