I Live in Quebec, Canada. Here you can't find any brick and mortar optometrist that will sell you glasses for less than 500$! My insurance only refund 150$ per 2 years! With I Look Glasses I can afford two pairs of glasses for less than that! They have high quality product, the lenses are spot on! At least for my simple prescription. I highly recommend them!
After much frustration with the website and some help with customer service i did manage to get some glasses ordered. Within 2 weeks they were scratched. They were not dropped or abused in any way during this time. I used only different cloths to clean them. Essentially i can only deduce that the scratch resistant coating is ineffective, poorly done, or non-existent. The lenses are always dirty, they seem to attract and hold dirt. The transition is a little high but i've managed to adjust, which means the frames don't sit in the best position. They will be my back ups once i purchase another set of glasses. Somewhere else.

The frames are good quality and look great, better than the website pics.
I got free Aviators with my purchase but the website didn't let me add my prescription to it. I place the order and customer service emailed me to confirm another detail in my order. I mentioned the issue and they quickly added my prescription to the free Aviators.

Nice options, like the try on. Received product in good time, nice case and cloth. Frame of one light weight but can see as expected (quality matches price). The other pair the frame and nose piece do not work with my prescription which I there was no way I would know that when ordering. The "guaranteed return" is not true - there is an automated response to keep trying and make them work.

I loved that I was able to search for glasses based on the exact frame size I was looking for. It made it so much easier to shop. Great prices! One framed turned out way nice than I expected. The other frame had a slightly different colour than on the website but it still looks nice regardless. I will definitely guy again and highly recommend!
Have used ILook several times. Always have had great service. They are very fast with turnaround time. I had made a mistake when inputting my script and the very next day they sent an email saying that they noticed it was different from my first & they wanted to verify what I wanted. As far as I'm concerned they went over & above. I highly doubt any other company would have some the same.
Placed my order & received my 2 pairs of glasses in less than a week. They were a perfect fit. I can't believe I got 2 pairs of glasses for $100.

Overall happy with my glasses; have ordered here a few times now. It's a bit hit or miss with the quality. I've received some pairs that are very loose and crooked. I should have sent one back but c'est la vie. They are a backup pair of frames that don't get used very often.
The sunglasses I've ordered have been good and are a comfortable fit. Will buy again in the future as the price is right for my budget.

J'ai reçu un traitement de lumière bleue sur mes lunettes sans l'avoir demandé. Ce « cadeau » n'en est pas un, car je n'apprécie pas du tout l'effet orangé que cela donne. J'avais aussi demandé une lentille amincie et elle est finalement plus épaisse que ma monture précédente qui avait la même prescription.

It was easy to pick my glasses and fast. I enjoy my experience and satisfied with this company. My glasses came within10 business days. So going to order another pair and they sent me 2 cards to get a second pair for free and I also can give one card to a family member or a friend
The website is easy, the "try on" function is a snap to use and ordering was smooth. An agent emailed me before confirming my order to check that I had ordered the correct glasses… in otherwise they gently tried to help me out of making a mistake with the dimensions. Which I appreciated.
They made alternate suggestions which I followed, and my glasses arrived within DAYS. Literally 2 days from confirming the order. I bought 2 pairs on their BOGO promo, and they both arrived with their own hard case. The other online sites I've ordered from take weeks to deliver, ship in from the US, and do not provide a hard case. I'm sold on iLookGlasses. Definitely! And they're CANADIAN!

Great glasses! Slow to receive, took a long time to get order but glasses are good. Took about a week to get use to with the same prescription as before although I know this happens from time to time as I have had glasses for a number of years. Bought 2 pair for wife and myself, we both like them.

Glasses delivery didnt take too long and was less than 1/2 price of anywhere else.quality varied between the two pairs i received (2 separate orders about a year apart), but for this price I got what I expected and better
The entire process of selecting and purchasing the glasses was as simple and smooth as possible. The selection of styles, and options for the glasses was excellent, and making the choices was simple. Adding my prescription was an easy upload. The order was placed on a Wednesday, the order shipped Friday and they were delivered Monday, incredibly fast.
