Like everyone else, I am always open to new, better or cheaper ways to accomplish something. I own a Honda Pressure Washer, but it is not practical to carry it around in the truck all the time just to do some quick needed cleanup.

When I received a marketing email from this company, I decided to look and was impressed at what was pictured and described. It looked like a great tool and I decided to buy 4 of them and was going to give 2 away to close neighbors and keep 2, one for the truck and another in the hall closet for quick cleanups.

I placed the order, and received an email with itemized billing with excessive tax beyond my local state tax. I advised them that this was fraud.

Upon receiving the tools by post office and opening, I discovered they were not the ones pictured, so I replied to the company's email advising them of the wrong product. I sent photos including a screen capture of their website. They stated their photo was only a representation and NOT the product. No where on their site does it say that which I informed them of that as well.

I understand that return shipping is my expense, even though they did not ship the advertised tools. They refuse to accept responsibility and want to only refund product and not the shipping cost. Time to get CC company involved to get full refund.
