Cannot believe this website... Ordered one deal from LIVING SOCIAL. Part of this group ob viously. Charged immediately and then the very next day charged again for the exact same amt...
Countless, endless emails with no response until tried another email address... immediate response when I said bank will be investigating...
Claim they hold charge (duplicate) for 7/8 days after original and then it drops off the account,,,, well, well over a week now and it has not,.
No Aust. Contacts/numbers. Email comes from UK, appears computer generated, same blurb over and over...

Tell me to 'hang tight' and someone will investigate and get back within 2 business days, but this was 7 days ago

INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT AND OBVIOUSLY UNINTERESTED AFTER SALE HAS BEEN MADE... ONLY HOPE THAT IT DOES DROP OFF AND THEN THAT AMOUNT RE-APPEARS AS A CREDIT AVAILABLE OR WILL BE PUTTING IN CLAIM THRU BANK.

I bought two vouchers from jumponit.com under my name. I wanted to change one voucher to my mom's name, so I contacted them. They sent me the new voucher under my mom's name but also changed the expired date from six month valid to three months valid! I contacted them and they insisted they were right. They said that all vouchers in my account are three monts valid. I log in to checked and found out that all vouchers in my account have been changed the details. Luckily, I have copies of my previous vouchers with six months valid and sent to them via email. Eventually, they had to change the details back to six months. I think this incident can be call fraud because they log in and change the details of my vouchers differ from the original agreement. I really feel upset and feel afraid to buy any deals from this site again.
