Countless, endless emails with no response until tried another email address... immediate response when I said bank will be investigating...
Claim they hold charge (duplicate) for 7/8 days after original and then it drops off the account,,,, well, well over a week now and it has not,.
No Aust. Contacts/numbers. Email comes from UK, appears computer generated, same blurb over and over...

Tell me to 'hang tight' and someone will investigate and get back within 2 business days, but this was 7 days ago

FINALLY FOUND ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS AND RECEIVED A MATTER OF FACT RESPONSE, SOMEONE WILL BE IN TOUCH AND THEY HOLD AMOUNT ON CREDIT CARD FOR AUTHORISATION AND THEN IT DROPS OFF IN 4-5 DAYS TIME... WELL IT HAS NOT... THEY HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE AND WHEN EVER I SEND ANOTHER URGENT THREATENING EMAIL, THE RESPONSE IS 'HOLD TIGHT' WE ARE INVESTIGATING... THEY ORIGINALLY HAD SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA AND A SYDNEY PH. NUMBER, BUT SINCE REMOVED,. NUMBER CALLED HA BEEN DISCONNECTED ANYWAY!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I WILL HAVE TO PUT IN LENGTHY INVESTIGATION THRU BANK, COULD TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR RESPONSE!

NEVER HAD SUCH PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. I. E. CUDOS OR DEALS DIRECT... ALL ABOVE BOARD!
