“Amara Grill 2.0 - BBQ Grill”

Being a big fan of food cooked and roasted on the BBQ, I came across the Amara Grill 2.0 by Kankay Grills Aus. The quality of the grill was much better than the previous one I had. I received it 2 days back and can't wait to enjoy the charcoal flavours. Everyone have a wonderful BBQ weekend!

“Damaged Product”

Purchased a grill last year 2022 and received it damaged months later. Customer service claims it's a shipping issue yet they have not been helpful in solving the matter. Customer service claims that the package is insured and I should receive some reimbursement for a damaged product, yet they have been unresponsive.

I would not recommend this company's products or the customer service. Shop where your money is valued.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer should be extremely cautious purchasing from a company that ships products 6 months later.

Products used:
None of the items purchased since they arrived damaged or not the same material advertised.
