Purchased a grill last year 2022 and received it damaged months later. Customer service claims it's a shipping issue yet they have not been helpful in solving the matter. Customer service claims that the package is insured and I should receive some reimbursement for a damaged product, yet they have been unresponsive.
I would not recommend this company's products or the customer service. Shop where your money is valued.

Buyer should be extremely cautious purchasing from a company that ships products 6 months later.
