Ordered 2 banks for my grandchildren on November 28,2022; was told I would be notified when they would be shipped; Order #5564. Never received a notification and it's now January 27,2023; order never delivered.

I see that other customers have had the same problem but I'm pursuing getting my money back for however long it takes.

Rating is below 0 but I cannot proceed with / submit this review without a minimum of 1 star. Here's the problem You place an order and when don't see anything after a few weeks, you ask (a few weeks into the time it was to be delivered) where it is / when it will arrive they respond once as if they are delayed because of the holidays (Christmas 2022 / New Year 2023) but it never comes and then upon another e-mail you don't receive a response followed by the URL no longer being up (also tracking unavailable). Scammers / thieves took the money though!

Purchased on December 3,2022, Order #2873. Never arrived and their email address no longer exists. Disappointed kid! Don't fall for this scam!

I found these guys on a major news website in November. Their banks are adorable and I ordered two as Christmas gifts for people on November 6 2022. After the products failed to appear by Dec 1, I contacted their support who assured me they would be here by Dec 6. Another email to them resulted in a promise by Dec 15. Dec 22, I asked them if I needed to buy replacement gift at a regular store for the people for whom I ordered them for. No answer. Late Dec 23, they texted me they were dispatched and would provide me with tracking information. Nothing. December 26 (which is the legal Christmas Holiday) I don't expect them to arrive. Next year, please, do not promise your children that Santa will fulfill this wish to have one. It's been nothing but a stressful experience.

Ordered a bank. No delivery. Checked with CS multiple times. Finally got the "address not found message".
