I wrote a review last year about Kids Piggy Banks.com. I ordered two banks from them in Oct 22 which they took the money for and never (to this date of Dec 21 23) sent to me. Now, the company is selling the same bank as PHXNIX.com

Physical address is the same as Kids Piggy Banks as are the claims of customer support 24/7. I had to give them a 1 star to be able to write this review but they deserve a - - 25!

I ordered a pair of fishing wader shoes. The banner on the site reads Discount Shop but the site address reads discount bloc.ru

The order Status read Pending and then turned to Processing. This was about a week ago. I contacted them via the customer service email (which says customer service 24/7). The first one bounced back saying failed to send message and that the site does not exist. The second one, I never heard back from. My research on line suspects it may be an out of country scam site so beware.

Also the charge to my card was on PayPal to AR Riyad Enterprise

Now I am up in the air as to whether I need to order another pair from a reputable company as I need them for a trip in a few weeks.

If I could have given them a no star as an option to write this warning, I would have.

I had to select 1 as a rating because it did not allow me to share this review without selecting something for the rating...if I could, I'd have given them a -25!

I found these guys on a major news website in November. Their banks are adorable and I ordered two as Christmas gifts for people on November 6 2022. After the products failed to appear by Dec 1, I contacted their support who assured me they would be here by Dec 6. Another email to them resulted in a promise by Dec 15. Dec 22, I asked them if I needed to buy replacement gift at a regular store for the people for whom I ordered them for. No answer. Late Dec 23, they texted me they were dispatched and would provide me with tracking information. Nothing. December 26 (which is the legal Christmas Holiday) I don't expect them to arrive. Next year, please, do not promise your children that Santa will fulfill this wish to have one. It's been nothing but a stressful experience.

This Body Shop product was fun the first 12 days, but lost steam for me when the boxes for the remainder of Advent had repeat items (the only difference being different scents of the same items). I'm sure they would have had the stock to have added different things so that each day was more novel...
